19/08/2025: Today, the first Sunday of August, we had lunch at Maranz it was packed with customers. We ordered 1 Spaghetti with Clams, 1 Scialatiello with Seafood, water, wine, a white pizza. Everything was excellent, and to finish off with a flourish lemon and melon sorbet on the house. The location will be closed for HOLIDAYS from Monday, August 4th and will reopen in September, we were informed at the checkout. 🌹Happy 👍Holidays🌹

11/08/2025: A bit of a shame, Google says it's open from 7:00 PM. We pulled off the highway specifically to eat pizza at our favorite restaurant in Castel San Pietro. Turns out they're on Ferie until August 30th. Too bad, we also wanted to buy two bottles of limoncello from them... Advice: adjust the opening hours when you're on vacation...

07/08/2025: It's no longer the Carriola it once was. I didn't like it because it was tasteless, from the dough to the low-quality filling.

10/06/2025: one of those spots you just feel good being in. Super calm, not crowded, and tucked into a quieter corner of Bologna. The vibe is always relaxed, the service is friendly, everything’s really clean, and the drinks are top quality. I usually come here for aperitivo, and it never disappoints. Prices are just a bit higher than some busier spots, but honestly, it’s worth it for the atmosphere and overall experience. Everything’s just… great.

31/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times and am always satisfied. Besides the excellent food and truly affordable prices, what I appreciate most is the kindness and customer service, especially from the mustachioed waiter. His friendliness is contagious, he's very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes, and he constantly strives to accommodate customers' requests. My favorite dishes are the ricotta tortelloni with butter and sage and the tagliata accompanied by delicious fried zucchini 😋. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend it!

02/03/2025: Servizio un po lento; 45 minuti per far arrivare tre pizze telefonando anche presto. Comunque la pizza arrivata era buona e poco unta.

01/03/2025: la pizza è strabuona!! gli ingredienti non sono rosicati ma abbondanti! le pizze sono sempre arrivate calde!!!.....e poi la mozzarella di bufala è veramente buona!!!! siete veramente bravissimi!!!!

13/08/2025: If you're passing through San Giovanni in Persiceto, this is the place to eat. Delicious traditional dishes. Very professional staff. Decor that transports you back to the 1920s.

10/08/2025: Historic shop in San Giovanni in Persiceto…..regardless of whether you want to have lunch or dinner (I recommend you do so) the shop is worth a visit both for the place and for the products and also for the owners who even after years of work maintain the spirit and enthusiasm towards the customer.

31/08/2025: The ice cream was excellent, as were the appetizers. I gave it 4 stars because the public restroom is tiny, and most importantly, the sink and toilet areas aren't separated. It would be great to have separate toilets for men and women. There's also no bathroom for people with disabilities who have a hard time! P.S. There's plenty of space.

23/07/2025: We went to this restaurant without reading any previous reviews, and it was a great choice. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we could eat inside or outside. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant lacked nothing. We ordered tagliatella bolognese and parmesan tortellini; I couldn't tell you which was better. I 100% recommend this restaurant. Excellent value for money, as both dishes plus a drink cost less than €50.

07/07/2025: I went in with my friend to play pool and the guy at the counter asked us for a document to verify if we were adults, claiming that the minimum age to play pool was 18, which he defined as national law. We later did some research to verify the veracity of what was said, after a search we discovered that the minimum age was 16, as it is a legal game, we told the guys at the counter and they reacted in an aggressive and rude way, later claiming that the bar was theirs and they could do whatever they wanted. Furthermore, the place smelled and was dirty.

16/06/2025: Do you want to have a new experience in the magical via Orfeo? You can't miss stopping for a beer, a glass of wine or a cocktail. Excellent snacks. The friendliness of the owners, bartenders and customers cannot go unnoticed.

02/08/2025: It was really pleasant acconodation with the proprer italian vibe. The owner is so nice and makes the best food for a good price! Definitely wpuld go back there.

31/08/2025: We stopped by Bologna and decided to try this pizzeria. The place is clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't entirely convincing: the dough was a bit undercooked, which ruined the experience. It's a shame, because the promise was good. We hope it was just an isolated incident.
