A very nice place. Good products, the only downside is that they don't reheat them. The quality isn't the highest, but if you're in the area, it's not bad. Good 100% Arabica coffee.

Outside the ring road, it's hard to understand that a cappuccino in a glass with cold milk is different from a latte macchiato... but at Brisa, the yeasts satisfy everyone, and indeed, even a boring Roman. Go Brisa!

I'm giving it 4 stars simply because the breakfast pastries are a bit pricey, but the quality is top-notch, and because it's recognized, it's worth paying for. My go-to place when I need a morning treat.

I discovered it by chance this morning, and just walking by on the sidewalk I was so tempted to go in. I highly recommend it; everything was excellent, from the smiles, the welcome, and their products. A truly wonderful surprise. Kudos to the two girls and also to the guy who was working the coffee machine! Very kind, super nice. I also bought some bread in addition to having breakfast: wonderful, superb, and it's from yesterday, because in addition to freshly made bread, you can also buy yesterday's if you want.

09/05/2026: I eat artisanal gelato often and everywhere, and I can say without exaggeration that this is the best gelato in Imola, Forlì, and Cesena, period!!! Truly high-quality artisanal gelato, both the classic and more unique flavors. Their cremino is incredible, the mascarpone is delicate, and the whipped cream is truly expertly made! I will definitely return every time I'm in the area to try many other flavors, like their honey and walnut robiola, or their pastries and various individual portions, which were truly tempting. The lady who served me was lovely, helpful, and very kind. The interior and exterior are also very cute. It's a shame you don't have them in Modena!
