I would recommend it to everyone. The place is beautiful and clean, the waiters are very good, and the food is delicious.

The food quality is average for Emilian cuisine, the restaurant is pleasant, and so is the staff. However, I don't think it's fair to charge for micro-filtered HERA water in 0.65 cl bottles. We consumed 11 bottles (7.15 liters in total), both sparkling and still, for a total of 20 euros. In the average Italian restaurant, I would have spent the same amount of money on 0.75 cl bottled water for 14 euros. Only in the beautiful Trentino region do restaurants offer water in bottles ranging from 0.25 to 2 euros. Customers drink beer, and it costs less.

A piece of Bologna in a location away from the chaos of the city.
Tradition in excellent food and innovation in the constant pursuit of new flavors.
Perfect for its easy access, if you're passing through, it's very convenient at the Interporto exit. It's also wonderful for business dinners or if you want to bring someone special to taste Emilian cuisine.
A worthy conclusion are the desserts, which are never missing, especially when so carefully prepared and delicious. There's a wide selection of wines.

A historic 16th-century restaurant in Castel Maggiore, renovated to highlight its splendid stone arches and furnished in a warm, rustic style. Friendly staff offer dishes with unique and authentic flavors. As an appetizer, they bring you a small bowl of chicken with Taggiasca olives and arugula salsa, followed by a bread basket filled with a variety of options, from crescenta to whole wheat, white, and crispy thin-leaved bread. For appetizers, we chose a puffed parmesan basket with artichokes, smoked burrata, arugula, and balsamic vinegar, and two tortelloni filled with cheese and cooked ham. A good Lugana accompanied our dishes, and for our main course, grilled octopus on a chickpea cream with grilled vegetables, and a sliced steak presented with flavored salts and grilled vegetables. Scoops of gelato and coffee are served. Truly pleasant background music made dining feel right at home. A gluten-free menu is also available. Its inclusion in the Register of Italian Excellence for 2026 is noteworthy. A truly enjoyable evening, a recommended restaurant. We'll be back.

A lovely, spacious, and welcoming place. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the menu was limited but high-quality (with a wide selection of gluten-free options). Impeccable service and a wide selection on the wine list. We'll definitely return; I recommend the first and second courses with meat.

Tried for Easter lunch with the family 🐣 The restaurant offered a fixed menu with the option of modifying some dishes if you wanted something more vegetarian.
The dishes were very aesthetically pleasing, but the quality was average. Overall, the food was good, but no one dish particularly stood out in terms of flavor or uniqueness. Everything was very standard and good quality. The restaurant is very beautiful, with tables made from wooden wine boxes. I'm not sure if I'd return, but maybe to try the à la carte menu.
