27/10/2025: Great pizza place. My Diavola (spicy sausage) pizza was delicious. My husband enjoyed his Napola (anchovy) pizza as well. My red house wine had an odd smell and taste; maybe my taste was off? The place was very busy so have a reservation or get there at an off hour. Many locals and a lively atmosphere.

16/05/2025: We organized our wedding lunch and it was nothing short of perfect thanks to the availability, kindness and professionalism of Pietro and his staff. They met all our needs. Crescentine with sublime cold cuts, homemade tagliatelle and tortelloni, the best in Bologna. Grilled meat and side dishes. Meatballs for vegetarians. Very happy guests and super honest price. A place from another time where you can breathe serenity and simplicity. Go on Thursday or Sunday evening and enjoy the authenticity of this place and the people who make it so special.

27/11/2025: On a birthday trip we came to this place to have a proper steak... we couldn't ask for more. They really know their game here. We came a bit early and had to wait outside which was a bit of a cold start. However the lunch and service all made up for this. With 7 persons (please make a reservation as the place was jam-packed) we went for 3 different types of meat. Very very tasty. The staff is quick, friendly and also made sure we got a special treat as one of our guys was celebrating his birthday. Very nice gesture. We can highly recommend this place, especially if you fancy a good piece of meat. Thanks for the great lunch guys!

02/12/2025: Pizzeria Le Volpi in Corticella is a true institution for those who love thin, light pizza, the kind that crunches under your teeth and disappears all too quickly from the plate. Every bite smells of authentic ingredients: flavorful tomatoes, perfectly stretched mozzarella, and a crust with that winning touch of crunch. You can taste the passion and care for the products behind it. The only flaw? The cheerful chatter in the dining room, but that's part of the deal: when the pizza arrives, you forget everything, including the noise. In the end, you leave feeling full, happy, and eager to return for another "volpi tour."

10/12/2025: A trattoria that feels like home! The staff is incredibly friendly, as if I've known them all my life. The owner even looked after my son and showed him around 😂 The atmosphere, inside, is homey, beautifully authentic, and you can feel Bologna on every wall. I ate: - Savory panettone with mortadella and ricotta cream: off-menu, very good, the dough melted in your mouth, and the combination with the creams worked well. - Gramignone with sausage ragù: very good, the gramignone was cooked very well, and the ragù was very flavorful. - Tortellini in broth: I loved the broth. - Cotechino with mashed potatoes: another off-menu dish, very flavorful cotechino, and delicate mashed potatoes to soften the sauce. Together, it's a very well-balanced dish. I loved both the food and the authenticity of the people who work at the trattoria. It will be a regular stop when we return to Bologna.

25/08/2025: Very cozy place with fresh fish. We had a fresh fish platter, grill octopus and vongole pasta. All the dishes were amazing. Will definitely come back for more to try.

25/11/2025: I always stop for dinner when passing through Bologna, and over the past few years I've consistently found the ingredients to be high-quality, the preparation excellent, and the service courteous and professional from the owner and his staff. A complimentary gift at the beginning and end of the dinner confirmed everything I think of this place: everything good. A heartfelt thanks to the owner and his staff.

10/12/2025: A simple and welcoming place. The service is a bit hit or miss, but that's perfectly acceptable given that the place is always very busy. It's busy, but that doesn't change the quality of the food. The tortellini are superb! The tagliatelle with ragù is excellent, tender and flavorful. The fries are superb, as are the zucchini. The pizza is also excellent: thin, crispy, tasty, and well-filled. The coffee affogato is also good, a simple cream ice cream, but not a run-of-the-mill treat. I recommend this restaurant for any occasion, from a business lunch to a dinner with friends celebrating an anniversary. Excellent value for money, the owners and staff are kind and helpful.

25/11/2025: Well-appointed location, shame about the bathrooms that, unfortunately, due to rude people, leave them dirty without any restraint for those who have to clean them, I've been here a couple of times, I tried some first courses and they weren't bad at all, compliments to those who cook them, the marinara pizza wasn't bad except for that addition of spicy oil, the schiacciatina wasn't really schiacciatina but never mind, I hope that the pizza chef will catch us sooner or later with the pizza or schiacciatina for me, maybe a little drier for me if that's possible, anyway good, the waiter I know is difficult to do especially having to be patient with certain people who are not satisfied or who complain too much, anyway good they too, the price is right for what we got as a group

09/11/2025: Simple but truly excellent dishes. You can feel the tradition and simplicity. More than competitive prices and excellent quality ingredients. Relatively quick and informal service (like in the real trattorias, which I greatly appreciate). I go very often and have never been disappointed. P.S.: The tagliatelle are a must.

05/12/2025: Neapolitan-style pizza, but for me it was too chewy, even when hot. Maybe it was undercooked. I remembered it better, but despite everything, I digested it well.

30/11/2025: It's a shame that the dish isn't edible, but I've only eaten pizza like they do in Naples. I've only eaten a few. Compliments to the pizza chefs, who have the logo of the true pizza chefs, which is a symbol of quality and experience, and to the lady who is always very kind. I highly recommend it, truly from the heart.
