25/05/2025: We were very impressed with everything about this place, the food was uniquely delicious, the service impeccable, the atmosphere Italian, the wine… mamma mia! That's why we went back, we only tried the pizzas both times, as we liked them very much. I recommend with both hands 🥂

21/05/2025: We had the seafood spaghetti and a Capricciosa pizza. The spaghetti was decent, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend the pizza. The dough was quite dense and heavy, which made it hard to enjoy, though the toppings were okay. Prices were fairly reasonable for the area — pretty much the same as elsewhere. The wine was opened in front of us, and so was the sparkling water, which was a nice touch. Service was okay overall, although they forgot about us when we asked for the bill… maybe they wanted to offer us a gift 😅

05/06/2025: Found out thanks to a dear friend from Bologna. Ideal place to eat Bolognese, excellent quality and impeccable service. Wine list up to par. Italian extra virgin olive oil on the table, a sign of attention to quality. Recommended and open until late.

12/04/2025: An excellent restaurant in all regards. The décor and ambience were delightful with a sense of space and calm. The food was uniformly excellent, well presented with some exquisite flavours. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, pleasant and courteous with a special mention for the young lady sommelier who was both knowledgeable and discerning. We loved the whole experience and have no hesitation if recommending La Porta very highly.

09/03/2025: Piacevolmente sorpreso dall’eleganza del locale…bellissimo, sembra di essere in una capitale europea, soffitti alti, apparecchiature impeccabili, tavoli ben distanziati per garantirti una meravigliosa conversazione con i commensali, qualità e presentazione del cibo degni di uno stellato, servizio molto elegante e competente! Prezzi assolutamente onesti per quello che viene offerto in Termini di servizio e qualità del cibo! Bravissimi!

31/05/2025: Starting from the idea that this place offers the service of giving away vouchers for lunch and dinner, which for me is very appropriate. In fact, I went yesterday for the first time even though I have known it for 40 years, but never before. I went there precisely because I was given a voucher for dinner for 2 people. Everything went perfectly: although the place is dated, it is very refined, the meat and fish menu is refined and not banal, the service is impeccable, the guys are always on the ball but never intrusive. I must say that I would not take all the dishes I chose again, I understand that it is not among my favorites, but the seared tuna is amazing, I think the best I have ever eaten.

28/04/2025: Dopo la visita a Rocchetta Mattei siamo venuti a pranzo dove avevamo precedentemente prenotato, tutto molto buono e un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, la titolare gentilissima, una persona innamorata del suo territorio ma in conflitto con le amministrazioni locali, ci sarebbero altre attrazioni per fare un giro in zona ma rimangono chiuse per questo o quel motivo. Spero che prima o poi la accontentano. Da tornarci.

06/04/2025: Well cooked food, everything very tasty from the starter, to the first courses, and fish main courses. Generous portions that only half would be enough to feel full. The menu is fixed with a small variation in the first and second courses. I come here every now and then on Sundays also to get away from everyday life.

02/06/2025: Located a few minutes from the station and a few steps from the window on Via Piella, we decided to stop here before leaving. We had decided to have just an aperitif but then we were tempted by the menu and we added an Emilian cutting board which turned out to be exceptional. Quick service, average prices and friendly staff. A last taste of local delicacies before the return trip.

27/06/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant, the Catalana is out of this world as are the first courses and desserts. Highly recommended for eating seafood in Bologna. Well-kept restaurant and excellent service. Highly recommended

04/05/2025: Cozy and spacious place, knowledgeable and very friendly staff, excellent menu quality and good price, a little above average...... An excellent chef, given the preparation and beauty of the dishes which changes weekly based on the fish found. Wonderful desserts. Excellent wine list......... To return.

09/06/2025: I am a travel planner in ITALY, Today I came to choose the restaurant for October, I saw this place is spacious, for my group of 30 people it is fine, so I chose famous Cotoletta with potatoes, it was old, the Cotoletta had just come out of the fridge, an arrogant girl boss, said it is not true, no one ever complained like that, the Cotoletta is pork not veal, pork is harder than veal ... do you understand?? Horrible experience, I intended to set a menu of 35 Euro / per person, so I chose something else ...

07/06/2025: Very average cafeteria style food. Ours was cold. In this city you can do better. Both the melananze and roast potatoes appear to have been re heated in a microwave. The potatoes were not freshly cooked.

19/04/2025: Stamattina ero di passaggio a Minerbio e così mi sono fermato qui per la colazione, essendomi stata consigliata questa pasticceria da una collega che abita qui in paese. La scelta di dolce è ricca e variegata. La mia brioche speciale con la crema chantilly era squisita e anche il caffè decaffeinato non era male; gentile il servizio. Però nonostante la buona qualità degli ingredienti che giustificano il prezzo, rimango sempre allibito constatando che i prezzi delle pasticcerie della provincia emiliana sono uguali o un po' più alti di quelli del centro di Bologna.
