Bar Senza Nome In Bologna

An atypical bar where the service is also and above all done in sign language. Good wines, good beers. Great decor!

Happened to stumble upon this joint during our time in Bologna. Amazing concept & vibes were fun! Definitely recommend!

Il senza nome is a place run by deaf people, which definitely makes this feature its strength. To order you have to make do with what you can, showing the menu or, for the bravest, trying to follow the instructions indicated for each drink/food and using sign language. The environment is very nice and particular. It's truly an experience in every respect. My friends and I went after dinner so we didn't try any food, but the beer we had was great. Price not too cheap, but overall super recommended

A nice place, the food is good and cheap although with a limited choice (with friends we tried both the vegetarian baskets and the cold cuts platters) and a good choice of wines and beers on tap. The staff were very kind, we understood each other instantly with a lip or a look, we will definitely be back!

Lovely and very lively bar with perfect location. Their apericena concept is very nice the food is good (focaccia and veggies) but not the salumi. Great wine as well. People who work there are people with hearing impairment.

The place is located in front of the covered market and is run by deaf and dumb kids. In front of the counter there are notes with the names of the cocktails drawn on them. And you can learn just how it says in sign language or hand over the note. I gave two stars to the service because in fact it wasn't there, as we had to bring our own drinks to the table. But in my opinion the experience is absolutely worth it... we also caught an art exhibition where the girl explained her paintings... The bathrooms very clean. Prices perhaps a little too high. We had cocktails and beers.

Lovely bar with a wonderful location and atmosphere. Friendly service, good selection of wine and drinks and fair prices. We went for pre-dinner drinks two days in a row.
