The place is very nice and welcoming. The menu is right and I think it can vary with the seasons. If you want fresh food you can't have encyclopedia style menus. I ate the tortelloni with mascarpone and porcini mushrooms, divine! Then a homemade hamburger, delicious. Average prices and very friendly staff.

Located at a small airport. It has a veranda overlooking the aircraft field. Next to it is the airplane-shaped swimming pool for the summer. Fixed menu on Sundays. If you take only one dish, you only pay for that. The cured meats are good, and the platter with friggione and fried foods is delicious.

If I could I would add the sixth star. The cuisine is excellent, refined, tasty, traditional but also innovative, I think they deserve to be starred. Of course you can't end up in this place by chance, you have to go there on purpose because it is inside the Ozzano dell'Emilia airfield, but it is a few kilometers from the Castel San Pietro Terme motorway exit. Elegant atmosphere but without requiring a particular dress code. The welcome is reminiscent of that of an exclusive club but is also kind, smiling, professional, warm but without being intrusive. Exceptional value for money. The staff in the dining room are passionate and dedicated to customers, they really care a lot about satisfying any request even for off-menu proposals, as was the case for me as I am a vegetarian and I ate very well. The two people who were with me instead tasted excellent fish dishes and we are all thrilled to have discovered it.
