17/11/2025: A very pleasant dinner with friends. The pumpkin tortellini tasted "homemade." We also had the Petroniana, soft, flavorful, and, of course, huge.

15/11/2025: Villa Meraville, or rather, Villa San Martino, the residence's historic name, is a place where, upon crossing the threshold, you become an aristocrat from a bygone era. The structure's architecture, the interiors, the restaurant, and the treatment reserved for guests by Laura, the elegant, discreet, and attentive manager, make your stay a suspended experience, removed from the external context, immersive, and enhanced, in my case, by the choice of room: "Beauty and the Beast," a completely reductive name for a classicist masterpiece painted on a domed ceiling by a delicate and powerful artist, who created it for himself, and no one else. The only thing you reproached yourself for in the morning was closing your eyes, denying yourself the view of that landscape, both natural and intangible, that you would leave behind once your stay was over. The privilege of sleeping in a 150-year-old work of art is not afforded by the most luxurious of hotels. For this reason, as long as possible, I suggest all lovers of beauty not to deprive themselves of this opportunity! Loredana M.

27/07/2025: 🍷 An authentic and memorable culinary experience! 🍷 We had lunch at the agriturismo restaurant and were truly thrilled. The quality of the ingredients, all fresh and locally sourced, shines through in every dish: authentic flavors, generous portions, and thoughtful yet unfussy presentation. The menu respects seasonality and highlights rural tradition with a touch of creativity. The homemade first courses are unforgettable—the tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù was simply perfect—and the grilled meats, cooked to perfection and served with garden vegetables. The assortment of antipasti was also very popular, including local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by homemade preserves. All accompanied by a truly excellent house red wine. The staff is friendly and attentive, present but never intrusive. The atmosphere is rustic and warm, overlooking the countryside: the ideal place for a quiet, romantic, or family dinner. Fair prices for such high quality. We'll definitely be back, even just for the pleasure of tasting those authentic flavors again!

14/07/2025: I visited this restaurant recently and had a truly positive experience. The service was prompt, without making us wait too long, which is always a plus. The food was excellent, with fresh, well-prepared dishes. The value for money is absolutely fair, considering the quality of the dishes and the welcoming atmosphere. The only small flaw I can report is the veal cutlet Bolognese: unfortunately, it was a bit too salty for my taste. Nothing serious, but it would have been perfect if the seasoning had been more balanced. Overall, a good experience that I recommend, especially if you're looking for a place to eat well without spending a fortune.

08/11/2025: I left my heart at this restaurant for the fire bowl with tofu, which was delicious. They have a wide selection of dishes, including many vegetarian ones. Worthy of mention are the BBQ skewers (the cauliflower is delicious!) and the eggplant and cucumber vegetables. Among the first courses, the rice with vegetables is very tasty. The management tells me the meat dishes are also very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is elegant and charming. Recommended!!

06/11/2025: Hello, we're the celiac family. What can we say about this restaurant? The perfect setting for a lunch break or an intimate evening with friends. Modern yet stylish. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. Please ask for any dietary requirements. Excellent and tasty cuisine with interesting dishes.

23/11/2025: The olive oil and ice cream were good. The cuisine was "so-so," and the dishes weren't surprising. The paccheri were criticized for being "undercooked"... as if that were a compliment. Never mind :-)

28/11/2025: I visited for lunch. It offers a set menu with excellent first and second course selections at a great price. There's a good vegetable buffet. Parking is a bit of a hassle, as you have to find one on the street nearby.

17/11/2025: The food is incredibly delicious, with a delicacy of unique flavors I've never tasted anywhere else. I recommend the tagliatelle with antara ragu, with a touch of orange zest. The service was spectacular, courtesy of Mr. Pepe, who made us feel right at home. The rooms aren't luxurious, but they're warm and clean, perfect for a wooded area.

15/11/2025: I spent some time working in the province of Bologna with my team (all Neapolitans), and this restaurant never made us miss Naples for a single day; it felt like home. Impeccable staff, a refined atmosphere, and simply amazing cuisine. I recommend it to everyone.

04/12/2025: An experience worth repeating. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a smile and a joke on the lips. This isn't a given in a high-end restaurant, where you seem to be served by half-dead waiters. Maurizio's cuisine is the best in Imola. New, revisited dishes, or sublime experiences that elevate the cuisine to a whole new level compared to all other high-end restaurants in Imola.

15/11/2025: A truly pleasant discovery. We went for dinner for our anniversary and found a warm and intimate place. The staff was discreet, but with that touch of empathy that made the difference. At the end of the dinner, the chef came to our table, which I truly appreciated. We chose the Baccanale menu, everything delicious and highly digestible. We left feeling full and satisfied. Wide selection of wines. Rating 10.
