18/08/2025: August 15, 2025. This isn't our first time at this restaurant, and it lived up to our expectations. Superb location, good service, and a warm and welcoming staff. Service is friendly and prompt, despite the changes during the holiday season. The menu is beautiful and varied, offering a wide selection of meat and fish, catering to all tastes. The quality of the dishes is well above average, bordering on excellent. The price is reasonable for the quality, and the wine list deserves special mention, as it's well-stocked and top-quality. Lunch outside under the umbrellas overlooking Bologna was a pleasant, relaxing moment to celebrate Ferragosto.

14/08/2025: I’m traveling by train today, and to avoid the station’s food options, I walked about 15 minutes to a kebab shop for an easy, quick panino to go. I’m someone who cares about food, and this place did not disappoint. The service was fast and friendly, and now I’m sitting here waiting for my train with the most flavorful, juicy, and delicious kebab I’ve had in a long time! I’ll definitely be coming back to try their version of a samosa ❤️‍🔥

07/08/2025: A Bologna, di passaggio, abbiamo prenotato in questo locale che non conoscevo... Situato in alto, sui colli bolognesi, ambiente piacevole e accogliente, vintage.... Buon cibo della tradizionale cucina bolognese, buon servizio al tavolo, cortese e professionale. Da segnalare i primi piatti come le tagliatelle al ragù bolognese e i maccheroncini col guanciale. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo rosso Sangiovese, che ci ha accompagnato fino al dolce: un ottima crostata di fragole con la crema. Locale adatto a tutte le fasce d'età, famiglie comprese. I prezzi sono in linea col locale. Segnalo la difficoltà nel parcheggio: si parcheggia su ambo i lati della strada. Se si è sui colli bolognesi, questo locale merita una sosta.

06/08/2025: Passing through Bologna, particularly in the hills, we made a reservation at this place I wasn't familiar with... The atmosphere is simple yet refined, with furnishings that are both vintage and rustic, and very pleasant. The table service is good, friendly, and helpful. The dishes here are traditional Bolognese cuisine: tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, maccheroncini, and the house specialty: crispy chicken with baked potatoes. Simple yet delicious. Everything is accompanied by an excellent Sangiovese throughout the meal, which easily carries through to dessert: a homemade tart with custard and strawberries, delicious... The prices are in line with the location, not excessive in my opinion... a place suitable for all age groups, including families. Parking can be difficult: you can park on both sides of the street. If you're in Bologna or the hills surrounding Bologna, this place is worth a visit.

19/04/2025: Stamattina ero di passaggio a Minerbio e così mi sono fermato qui per la colazione, essendomi stata consigliata questa pasticceria da una collega che abita qui in paese. La scelta di dolce è ricca e variegata. La mia brioche speciale con la crema chantilly era squisita e anche il caffè decaffeinato non era male; gentile il servizio. Però nonostante la buona qualità degli ingredienti che giustificano il prezzo, rimango sempre allibito constatando che i prezzi delle pasticcerie della provincia emiliana sono uguali o un po' più alti di quelli del centro di Bologna.

The set menu is worth trying, as it's prepared with authentic ingredients and carefully selected for each course, resulting in a very well-prepared collection of dishes. A pleasant discovery...we'll be back.

22/06/2025: I came all the way from Japan to eat at this restaurant. A very relaxing place surrounded by beautiful nature. The cheerful staff explained the dishes carefully. The small roses on the table show the thoughtfulness of welcoming the guests. The chef's course, which changes weekly, allows you to taste the sauce of each dish and feel the love that has gone into each dish, making it a very valuable experience. If you tell them your wine preferences, the staff will choose the best wine for you. The chef, who has traveled all over the world and admires Japanese cuisine, has a lovely smile, and knowing that the food was made by this chef makes you even more satisfied with the food. It's a hidden place, and I'm sure even Japanese people living in Italy don't know about it, but it's a place that everyone should know about, so it would be a shame to call it a "hidden place." Open only on Friday nights, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch, about 40 minutes by taxi from Bologna (15 minutes by taxi from the nearest station, Pianoro). A restaurant on a hill. You can also ask the restaurant to call a taxi for you to return home. A place that everyone should visit at least once in their life, where you will create the best memories. I would like to come again with my family of three. Thank you for the best food and love.
