Wonderful place, the food is excellent, the owners are very hospitable. I come here all the time, and every time it's a discovery of authentic flavors. Come and taste these delicacies in a picturesque and cool place, it's truly worth it.

Wonderful summer dinner! The outdoor seating is welcoming and pleasantly cool. The staff is attentive and always present, without ever being intrusive. Excellent food: the grill is excellent and the desserts are truly top-notch. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely amazing. Local cuisine and wines, spectacular views, cozy atmosphere, nice service. This could not be any better. I definitely recommend the grilled plate of meats and courgettes. Best time to visit is during the sunset. We would love to come back.

A fantastic lunch, excellent service, and a location that allows for plenty of ventilation and enjoyment under the outdoor veranda. The entire menu is so captivating that we'll want to return a second time. Among the best restaurants in the area, truly superior. Thanks also to all the service staff for their patience and courtesy.

Nestled in the hills of Bologna, the entire Mastrosasso family is ready to welcome you with a smile and kindness that will characterize the entire meal. The menu is short, but still sure to leave you scratching your head! Excellent ingredients, delicious traditional dishes, succulent grilled meats. A special mention for the tagliatelle, out of this world! Highly recommended, the best way to spend a Sunday lunch surrounded by peace and greenery, with excellent food and fine wine from their own production!

A beautiful location on a hill, a renovated farmhouse. It would have been 5 stars if the price hadn't been so high. Two first courses, two glasses of wine, two desserts, and a grilled meat dish cost €81, which I think is too much for a farmhouse.

05/05/2026: For me, it's the best pizza al taglio in Bologna. The crust is perfect, but the real leap in quality is in the ingredients: you can taste the top-quality ingredients, especially when they're added raw to the freshly baked pizza. An explosion of freshness and flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. They could improve the price: I understand the quality, but even a little less wouldn't hurt... they'd still make a great living!

Parlor

03/08/2026: I celebrated my birthday at Parlor in July 2026 and we had a table outside. The terrace is not huge but it was great to sit outside on a warm evening. The menu includes many of the classical dishes of the region but they are presented better and they also have a great wine list. We started with anchoves serves with bread butter made from buffalo milk - and Parmigiana di melanzane. The Parmigiana di melanzane was beautifully presented and tasted equally good. We got a delicious Pinot Nero from the Dolomites area that worked well as it is a lighter red wine. We also had a great Tortellini in brodo and Cappelletti with squaquerone (small stuffed pasta). Squaquerone is a local soft cheese that is often served together with various cold cuts. We ended with grilled meat that was nice and tender together with friggione - a local dish made up of fried onions and tomatoes. If youa re looking for a place that serves up the flavours of Bologna in a more elevated way and that has a great wine list, you should consider stopping by Parlor.
