I found the place very welcoming and well-maintained. The location is strategic and undoubtedly a great place for a Sunday lunch or just a casual meal. The tigelle and crescentine were delicious. We shared an appetizer with excellent cold cuts, then moved on to the first courses. Both the tagliatelle with ragù and the green tagliatelle with mushrooms were exquisite. The portions were generous and well-made. For the second courses, we chose the beef tagliata and the pork fillet with mushrooms. It's a shame that the beef fillet we had chosen was unfortunately unavailable. The second courses were inviting and tasty, and we chose to accompany them with grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, and froggione. Everything was delicious, and the portions were so generous that we couldn't finish them all. The wines were excellent for the courses we chose. The service was friendly and pleasant. Very quick and helpful. Recommended.

Sunday lunch with friends (for eight). A place where tradition and local tradition reign supreme, evident in the dishes you eat. I always love coming back, like this time: an excellent appetizer of mixed cold cuts with exquisitely crafted tigelle and crescentine, tagliatelle with ragù that tastes like homemade, a generous and excellent mixed grill of meats, and traditional desserts like delicious rice cake, zuppa inglese, and chocolate salami (I love these). For those of us from Bologna, stepping inside is a bit like reconnecting with our roots, a romantic return to the delicious cuisine of Bologna and the surrounding hills that has made it famous nationally and beyond.

The house wine is excellent and pairs perfectly with the restaurant's prevailing flavors. I've been coming here for the umpteenth time now, and it's always a sure thing! The crescentine, friggione, arrosticini, fillet steak, mushrooms... Everything is top-notch! I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and taste Bologna in their dishes. See you next time!
