03/12/2025: A very welcoming place. We went on a Wednesday at noon, and it wasn't crowded. The manager was very friendly and unobtrusive. Very good food, no frills but well-prepared. Very good.

01/12/2025: I ate well, but my companions didn't. Tagliatelle with wild boar: the sauce was excellent, but the pasta was completely torn into squares, and very little. The mutton was raw, and the fries were greasy and salty. The location was neglected, the scenery beautiful. I wouldn't return under these conditions.

23/11/2025: From "let's have a drink and go" to we stayed all day having lunch 😁 Fantastic staff! Enjoy the moment, it's not a place you rush to; on the contrary, relaxation and taste are the two key words. Eight of us were welcomed... that wasn't expected. Excellent value. We ate very well! Recommended, we'll be back.

08/11/2025: Nice place and good wine. Unfortunately, I don't know if it's because of our age or the fact that we were obviously less wealthy than the other customers (or if they treat everyone like that), the friend I went with and I received pretty terrible service: no one came to ask us anything, they didn't bring us what we ordered, and the cutlery they gave us was dirty. One of the platters (which weren't generously portioned, by the way) even had cheese with a crust that looks like it's left out in the open. Furthermore, the bill was significantly different from the menu (the food was clearly priced; the wine isn't listed on the menu and was actually reasonably priced). It's a difference of about ten euros, so we didn't complain, but on a bill of about fifty...

14/10/2025: I went with friends on Saturday evening. A slightly retro atmosphere, the room was full. We chose different dishes, but our order arrived quickly. The Marinaio appetizer was delicious, varied, and unpretentious. The first courses were also delicious (the only complaint was that the risotto was too oily). The grilled food was delicious. Nicola, who served us, was quick and kind, and Riccardo, who was also very helpful and lively. Overall, a lovely evening and good food.

11/10/2025: Il Tartufo Trattoria in Bologna is a place with potential, but unfortunately, in my case, it was a bit of a disappointment – ​​the portion was surprisingly small for the €30 price tag. I was expecting a unique truffle experience, and the dish was served without the characteristic cheese-grating ritual seen in many videos of this place. Now, it looks like they're rolling out of the kitchen on the cheese and simply transferring it to the plate. The taste was good, but the overall experience left me a bit unsatisfied, especially considering the price and expectations. Maybe we hit a bad time, but I can't give it a full rating this time – it's a shame, because the potential is great. The dish itself is very good.

11/10/2025: I walked in and found two Japanese tourists in line ahead of me. A blonde waitress was serving them, looking very busy. After a few minutes of waiting, an Italian woman came in behind me. When it was my turn, the waitress completely ignored me and spoke directly to the woman who had arrived after me. This was unacceptable and discriminatory behavior. I was furious, but only refrained from reacting because a friend of mine was waiting for me inside. I will never set foot in this place again.

04/11/2025: An old-fashioned restaurant with a calm, family atmosphere. The menu features traditional dishes at very affordable prices. The only downside was that we had to wait a long time for one dish, after the others had already arrived, but it was worth the wait.

27/11/2025: A charming trattoria in the center of Bologna, located right above the little bridge with the famous "window over the Reno Canal," a distinctive and highly Instagrammable tourist attraction. We ate in the annex overlooking the street, which was perfectly heated despite the bitterly cold outside. The carefully curated menu, available in both print and online, also details the origins of the restaurant's name, complete with its iconic cat, and offers traditional dishes and other delicacies. Attention is paid to the table, and bottles and glasses bear the restaurant's logo. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, helpful in guiding us through the selection of local products. The cuisine is excellent. Prices are a bit high; we spent just over €40 for an appetizer and a plate of tortellini in capon broth. We had two covers, but only one of us had lunch, a bottle of water, and a single glass of wine. The money was worth the money, though, as the place is truly welcoming. It was a pleasant experience, allowing me to completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

09/11/2025: I find this trattoria incredible. The atmosphere is very elegant and pleasant. The menu features very interesting and tasty reinterpretations of traditional Emilian dishes. The service is impeccable and the prices are very fair. Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back soon.

14/07/2025: Excellent pasta. We came from Argentina to try the authentic Bolognese sauce. Everything was delicious. The price and service were just right. The bad news for you is that my mom's sauce is much better, by far. Cheers!
