This place might seem touristy, but it's actually a perfect example of a Bolognese trattoria. A different menu every day, an extensive wine list, and courtesy and hospitality are what you'll experience at Fantoni only after enjoying their delicious dishes. Fantoni has average prices for a downtown restaurant; don't expect to spend less than €20-30 per person. PS. This may not be information for everyone, but they also have Gaza Gola!

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the memories of the '90s! We were disappointed by the quality-price ratio. The dessert, especially the mascarpone, was awful. I left it, practically untouched, after the first spoonful. Even though I mentioned it when I got the bill, they still made me pay! We won't be returning; we'll leave it to the tourists who love it! 😉

Freshly seasoned horse tartare, very good, welcoming atmosphere, fast and friendly staff. Recommended. Reservations are not accepted, so arrive early.

A very cosy trattoria with very nice decoration. You gonna understand right in the entrance that you will have very delicious dishes. Quite like many Italian restaurants and friendly staff. Tagliette al ragu was fantastic and no words to explain the Tartar. They offer a cheese 🧀 plate with various of Sicilian cheeses, it was awesome.

20/05/2026: Very good place to eat, I recommend making sure you have a reservation. The tigelle with the white pesto are amazing, I would eat that every day if I could! I recommend trying their pasta (primi), they are all very good. The only dish I don't recommend is the plate of boiled meats (which is literally just a plate of boiled meats) as their most vegetable-like side dish is fried zucchini
15/05/2026: A good surprise. Very good meal with a friendly and helpful waiter. Book before : I'm not the only one thinking it's a good place!

Pasta Fresca Naldi

12/12/2025: This pasta factory has a kitchen, but no tables. You can use the tables at the bar across the street and enjoy your drinks there. The pasta is, of course, good. The sauces are a bit heavy and overdone. My portion was floating in a thick layer of oil.
07/12/2025: Wonderful lasagna alla bolognese and tortellini in brodo that are perfectly affordable, if you want rustic food undistracted by spices, then this is the place. You have to use a table at one of the bars across the street, then bring back the tray and utensils.
