We tried this restaurant on a recommendation for a bachelor party. There were 13 people at the table. What can I say... First of all, it's impossible not to notice the fantastic view. The terrace, in true rustic style, overlooks the valley, offering breathtaking sunsets and panoramas to capture, perfectly complementing the experience, whether with friends or, in my opinion, as a couple. The food is well-served, with simple yet appreciable plating. Above all, the quality and deliciousness of the dishes immediately catches the eye, and they did not disappoint. Indeed, at this Hostaria, tradition and a touch of innovation—which never hurts—combine for a truly pleasant and distinctive blend of flavors. Absolutely delicious! Above all, as a customer, I'd like to point out the following: due to a series of events, we showed up a full 40 minutes late compared to our reservation. A truly unpleasant delay. Upon our arrival, the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a wonderful dinner, and the kitchen was truly efficient and accommodating. I think this is a key detail to highlight and recognize. Such professional and courteous staff is not always easy to find, especially when the customer is at fault. However, everyone was extremely courteous, and the dinner went smoothly. In summary: A rustic restaurant in the hills with a breathtaking view, good, traditional food, and friendly, professional staff. Definitely worth a try, for couples or groups!

We went for lunch on a rather hot day, and the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. The food was good: good cold cuts, excellent giardiniera, and good pasta dishes, especially the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. Prices were reasonable. A special mention for the Crescentino, truly delicious.

The service also deserves praise: the staff is kind, professional, attentive, and always available, capable of putting guests at ease. The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is the bill. While I recognize the quality of the food, I found the prices quite high for an osteria, albeit a high-end one. I would have felt the value for money was more balanced. In conclusion, I recommend this place for the quality of its cuisine, service, and stunning location. However, those who decide to go should expect to pay more than you'd typically expect for an osteria.

Great experience The road to get there was a little less so.

We stopped by in June on our way to Romagna; it was worth it. The atmosphere was wonderful, the service impeccable, the food excellent, the wine high-quality and fine, and the owner was professional and friendly. A must-visit in the Bologna area. We'll be back as soon as we can.

The place is very beautiful; on Bologna's scorching hot days, you'll find a cool, green oasis overlooking the valley. We found the food to be average at a medium-high price, and the service was quick but a bit "cold." Not an exceptional experience.

I was and we were curious because I saw the episode of 4 Ristoranti...and I'd say it was worth it. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and very enjoyable food.
