The topping variety changes throughout the day, and that’s a massive plus—it just means they are consistently cranking out fresh, incredibly delicious offerings. We loved every single thing we tried. Bonus points for the high-quality olive oil sitting on the table; I found a bottle and drizzled it right on my slice because I like my pizza well lubed up. Absolutely top-tier pizza.
It’s done by weight so point at what you want and let them know how big. They will heat it up and cut it down to bite size morsels for your nibbling enjoyment.

For a quick lunch, we went in to try a few pieces because it was mentioned often online... And only now do I understand why... Delicious pizza, soft dough and truly high-quality ingredients, priced by weight. Among the ones I ordered, I especially loved the one with porchetta and smoked provola, really good; the ham and stracchino, also very good; then the gorgonzola with pumpkin, good and unique, with the gorgonzola not too overpowering, which was a plus; and finally the pumpkin, spinach, purple cabbage, and onion, unique and delicious...
Friendly staff, and a central, clean location.
