I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience. I tried the tortellini, their house specialty, and they were among the best I've ever eaten.
The service is excellent: all the staff are friendly, professional, and very attentive to their customers. They make you feel truly pampered throughout the entire dinner. I'll definitely be back!

For the price we spent for two, which was still not insignificant, we ate very well. It's certainly not a tourist trap like some downtown restaurants. The quality of the ingredients is palpable here (meat and fish for sure; we'll be back for the pasta dishes), and the plating and presentation are meticulously crafted. The wine list is excellent! Regional and national selections, and it's a real pleasure to find wines from important vintages and decanter-worthy reds.

Bitone has a fantastic location: the building is very characteristic and the ambiance elegant. The staff and service are excellent. However, there are some significant issues: first of all, the prices are high, higher than those of a Michelin-starred restaurant (which is incomprehensible).
The selection of dishes is traditional, with no innovative experimentation or unusual combinations. The price of a standard plate of tortellini is €30. The welcome drink has been the same for the past four years (mere crostini with cheese), and every time I go, they don't have any options for those with lactose intolerance. Furthermore, all the desserts contained lactose. I think it's a serious problem that a restaurant with such prices doesn't have any options for those with lactose intolerance. This needs to be addressed.
