Osteria Callegherie In Imola

In Imola, the beacon of excellence is San Domenico, but I, frankly, prefer Le Callegherie. It's an osteria in name only; it's an excellent restaurant with a top-notch chef. Its menu features superbly crafted meat and seafood dishes, which, combined with a remarkable wine cellar, rival the aforementioned Imola's excellent restaurants. The location is beautiful yet understated, but reservations are recommended due to limited seating. Worth a visit for an important evening, or simply when you want to indulge in a gastronomic treat.

My first time in Imola was this restaurant. It's a classy atmosphere, with top-notch dishes, beautiful presentation, and top-quality ingredients. The staff is attentive to every guest's needs. I highly recommend it.

A very charming place, tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is fantastic; you can converse without having to raise your voice, and that's no small thing. Excellent service, the staff and owner are always attentive and thoughtful, without being intrusive. Fantastic dinner; there were four of us, and each of us chose different dishes, all excellent and never boring. The appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts were all perfect, including the small pastries offered at the end of the dinner. I personally chose a goose liver escalope for my appetizer and a crispy pork shoulder for my second course. Both were amazing. Highly recommended. Definitely worth returning. Many compliments to everyone, including the chef who passed around the tables at the end of the service. Excellent!

I returned to this (osteria) after a while and found it to be just as good as I remembered. The dishes were delicious from start to finish. The desserts were not only delicious, but out of this world. If you don't believe me, try the chocolate passatelli and then we'll talk. FANTASTIC. Keep up the good work.

An experience worth repeating. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a smile and a joke on the lips. This isn't a given in a high-end restaurant, where you seem to be served by half-dead waiters. Maurizio's cuisine is the best in Imola. New, revisited dishes, or sublime experiences that elevate the cuisine to a whole new level compared to all other high-end restaurants in Imola.
