06/09/2025: I found it by chance while strolling through Passignano. I immediately opted for the charcuterie and cheese platter and torta al testo. It was just the perfect weekend. The delicious flavors are undeniable.

04/09/2025: Just returned from Passignano sul Trasimeno, enchanting... We stopped at this place which immediately gave the impression of being traditional and authentic... everything was perfect, the torta al testo was delicious, everything impeccable, even the wine... But the best thing of all was the friendliness, the cordiality, the helpfulness and the kindness we received... thank you for everything... we will gladly return...

We tried cured meats and cheeses, truffle gnocchi, spaghetti carbonara, strozzapreti all'amatriciana, biscio (a kind of fish) and tiramisu. Friendly staff. Quick service. Reasonable bill. 28/07/2025: What a shame to know that in Rivotorto there's an ice cream shop that unfairly takes advantage of young people and tourists to earn a few extra euros!!! I'm Italian, and my entire family lives in Umbria. Fate has brought me to live in France for many years now. My children arrived in Rivotorto yesterday afternoon, after a bus journey of over eighteen hours: their high school is taking fifty students to the Jubilee, and for three days, they're staying in Rivotorto, in the footsteps of Saint Francis. What a joy for them to have their first Italian ice cream! Too bad that, even though the price displayed for a cone was 3 euros, once at the cashier, the 3 euros mysteriously turn into 4 euros! My daughter, who speaks perfect Italian, asks why, without having a valid answer, because, obviously, they've been cheated. It's a shame that, just to make a few extra euros, Bar Pampanoni contributes to a terrible image of our beautiful country: millions of tourists pass through Assisi every year, and even more so this year with the Jubilee. What will they think of us Italians if they're scammed like this? So, if you're passing through Rivotorto, avoid Bar Pampanoni!

02/11/2025: I couldn't give less than one star...unfortunately. We booked at 7:30 PM (there were 15 of us with 6 children, 3 of whom were under 3). We arrived on time, the table was poorly set, and one seat was missing: no staff member helped us; we crammed ourselves in as tightly as we could. Our order was taken at 9:15 PM, after over an hour and a half, while all the other tables that arrived later were being served. The pizzas arrived after 10:00 PM, and the last one was served to the 20-month-old, when he should have been the first. During dinner, no one came to ask for anything, water was never brought spontaneously, and dirty dishes were left on the table until the end. At one point, the waiter bumped a diner's head with his pizza plate. At the cashier, we received annoyed responses and no willingness to split the bill easily. The only positive note: the pizza was good. Otherwise, the service was terrible, zero attention, and the wait was endless. 👉 Highly discouraged. Never again.

19/10/2025: Embarrassing. I've been calling for two years to order takeout pizza or a table, and they NEVER answer. If you go up and point it out, they act like they're not there. How can you run a business and not answer the phone? Besides, the quality of the waiters is embarrassing; they only hire kids who are slow and distracted. Obviously, it's not the waiters' fault. I'll never go there again.

12/10/2025: We've dined several times at this restaurant, located in the historic center of Gualdo Tadino. The menu features traditional dishes and pizza, sure to please all palates. Excellent value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

20/09/2025: Excellent products, although the prices are a bit higher, but that's okay if you want quality. However, the business's true strength is the dry, rough, essential, and frank, almost rude, nature of some of the staff. A smile would be enough... and instead, this evening, they almost threw a receipt at me. But ultimately, I go there for the product, I pay, and as Cannavacciuolo says: Goodbye!

02/11/2025: Impeccable service, the guys took care of us scrupulously, we opted for a Traminer wine and they brought us a fantastic vintage, they kept bringing appetizers, the location spoke for itself, live music with street singers, I don't know what else I could ask for.
