27/05/2025: We ate a pizza on the spot, for dinner! Nice atmosphere, helpful and kind staff, nice background music and we ate well! Fresh ingredients and a lot of variety to choose from! The pizza is not Neapolitan, but not too thin either. Let's say somewhere in between.

03/05/2025: Tragedy. Pizza Buffalina did not contain buffalo at all. The dough was burnt and hard, 1 mm thick. I will never come back. And I advise against it. Very nice service

12/02/2025: Caffè Centrale is undoubtedly my favorite place in Marsciano, a place that manages to win over anyone who sets foot there. Located in the center of the town, this place offers a 360-degree culinary and social experience, from breakfast to aperitif, up to dinner. The cuisine is simply excellent, with dishes with attention to detail and dishes that look like small works of art. Each visit is an opportunity to discover new and well-balanced flavours, accompanied by a selection of refined wines and cocktails, such as the white Negroni or the Spicy Dream, which I loved for its spicy and enveloping touch. The environment is another strong point: the furnishings are refined and studied down to the smallest detail, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Outside, the restaurant overlooks a public green area, recently renovated and well maintained, perfect for enjoying a coffee or an aperitif on nice days. The staff, then, is simply exceptional: friendly, dynamic and always attentive to customer needs, making every visit a memorable experience. Last but not least it is not just a bar, but a real meeting point for the community and for those coming from outside. It organizes themed evenings, offers exquisite pizza by the slice and dishes prepared by the chef that will leave you speechless (seeing is believing). The prices are affordable, which makes the place even more appreciable. Whether you are passing through or a resident, this place is a must-see for anyone who wants to experience Marsciano in the round. I can't wait to return in the summer to try outdoor dining and enjoy this little Umbrian pearl once again.

02/02/2025: Recommended for an aperitif! I can only comment on this aspect, having stopped here twice for an aperitif. There is a lot of choice of drinks and the staff are always friendly. The place is colourful, pop, tasty. The only note I feel like making concerns the bathroom: it would be good to try to keep it cleaner, it's also a service!

19/04/2025: Giant portions, I always take the doggy bag away, quality like homemade. It's a shame that they keep the curtains closed because the place is surrounded by greenery, I don't understand why they don't open them

30/05/2025: Ristorante rustico, cibo normale, dolci non c’è ne uno tipico umbro o siciliani o congelati e antipasti miseri il cuoco loquace “sembrava” aver alzato un po’ il gomito conto nella media.

28/05/2025: Siamo stati ospiti della splendida struttura dove all'arrivo ci hanno consigliato il ristorante dicendo che avremmo potuto avere uno sconto ospiti. Abbiamo quindi confermato e poi ordinato un antipasto di prosciutto crudo da dividere poi a seguire una tagliata ed un primo . Il prosciutto è arrivato subito poi abbiamo atteso un'ora e mezza senza capirne il motivo. Abbiamo chiamato la cameriera dicendo di lasciare perdere che avremmo pagato e basta. Ci ha risposto che s'informava. Dopo cinque minuti sono arrivati i piatti! I piatti erano buoni ma avere atteso così tanto non ce li ha fatti gustare come si sarebbe dovuto. L'ultima cosa è stata al momento del pagamento dove ho dovuto chiedere io lo "sconto ospite" perché non era stato applicato così da non far chiudere bene la serata in un ristorante che ha una location splendida e una buona cucina.

05/06/2025: Noi abbiamo prenotato solo una notte e ci bastava. Peccato perché è un luogo antico bello con tante possibilità e inoltre una panorama con una terrazza strepitosa ma a noi sembrava mal gestito. Si vedeva la mancanza di cura e purtroppo in reception non siamo trovati proprio bene per conto della mancanza di preparazione dello staff. Una era proprio disinteressata. Ma la cosa ancora più deludente era lo spa. Puzzava di sudore nel bagno turco...e certe situazioni ci hanno portato a capire le pulizie non erano al massimo. La sauna era tiepida e l'aria era come in cantiere. Non tutte le opzioni della vasca idromassaggio funzionavano. Il motivo per le 3 stelle anziché 1 era grazie al ristorante. Il cibo era delizioso e il vino una sorpresa molto gradevole - prezzi giusti. Servizio ok, staff in training. Il responsabile di sala era gentile e disponibilissimo.

06/01/2025: Bella posizione, nel centro di apello, con posteggio libero nelle vicinanze. personale gentilissimo ma sottodimensionato Maria molto gentile Però… camera troppo calda con impianto vecchio che non si può regolare Sacchi con biancheria sporca davanti alle porte delle camere Colazione completa ma nn di grandissima qualità Non abbiamo provato la Spa perché senza ascensore in inverno costringe a far la doccia giu e non in camera altrimenti si prende freddo, in pratica si perde la comodità della spa in struttura,raggiungibile in accappatoio ( non presente in camera cosi come l’acqua nel frigo) Un buon tre stelle, non di più

Fresh draft beers... crisps, pretzels... and above all the friendliness, helpfulness and smile of the girls... everything perfect... Stop here right in front of the parking lot... Congratulations... If this is the new management... Very good...

05/05/2025: Very bad experience. Lacking everything, a shame because the structure is nice. I recommend going up towards the Basilica, where you will find nice places, polite staff and decidedly lower prices with superior quality.

03/04/2025: Personale gentile, solo un po frettoloso, abbiamo comprato 2 prosciutti ma purtroppo la provienza delle carni risulta UE da etichetta, salami buoni ma commerciali in quanto contenenti conservanti di tipo E e budello sintetico.

30/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un tagliere di salumi e formaggi , abbiamo finito facendo spesa!!! Ho festeggiato qui il mio compleanno in modo dove dal solito e ne sono contento ottimi prodotti e tanta cortesia ! Se passate da Norcia fermatevi ne vale la pena !!!

05/05/2025: Si tratta di un’ottima trattoria, il menù è abbastanza ampio, porzioni abbastanza abbondanti, garbato il servizio, piacevole il locale; mi sarei aspettato di spendere un pochino di meno.

27/05/2025: Beautiful evening in a characteristic and very welcoming environment, even the guys who run it. The pizza is excellent quality and with DOC products. The mixed fruit is also excellent. Large portions. Really modest price, around 20 euros per person including a drink

21/05/2025: Pizzeria easily reachable whether you are on foot or by car because there is a parking lot located about 5 minutes walk away.. suggestive place, fast, friendly and professional staff, excellent food.. pizza tooop... mixed fried pizza drinks and coffee 20 euros... an environment that puts you at ease

08/06/2025: I ordered the pizza and I think it will be the last time it happens...the pizza is really bad the edges are harder than a crekars and thin as a leaf and the price is really exaggerated for what it is....everything is really really bad

02/03/2025: We went to this restaurant about four times, even bringing people, but we will never go again. Every time we asked for a change in some food, or other, they always brought up some problem, even for a simple change of mozzarella due to intolerances. 10/06/2025: After visiting the beautiful Foligno I thought of finding a place to eat chosen by chance and satisfied 100% excellent welcome, very nice place, clean, well-kept, impeccable service ... dishes well made and cared for in detail and above all truly exquisite. Bread cooked in a wood oven, really good and served in an original way in a "straccia" (sieve) a nice trip into the past for those who love simple things. I will definitely return to try other dishes, also the coffee served in a nice way accompanied by biscuits, a nice treat 😊 thanks
