29/06/2025: Unfortunately my review from a few years ago no longer reflects reality, the cus club including the bambagioni and its swimming pool are managed superficially without care, interest and respect for its public of users...semi-impracticable tennis courts, winter absence or almost absence of heating and the swimming pool often under maintenance. Not to mention the s-courtesy of some employees....I'm very sorry, once it was a small oasis...
07/06/2025: Nice structure but not ready for summer yet. Something could have been done sooner.

21/07/2025: Horrible welcome, except for the lady in the kitchen and the waitresses, who were truly inept.
Cleanliness (dishes and bathrooms) very questionable.
Price too high for the quality offered.
06/07/2025: After paying a crown five euros they did not give me a simple glass or a potato chip. Barren outside space, exposed to the road, without any minimum aesthetic criteria. Few trees or greenery in general. Useful only as a meeting place for the local kids because it allows them to go past midnight... Never again. I leave it three stars only out of pity.

30/04/2025: Terrible service and staff, absolutely unprofessional, when we asked for bread given the taste of the table to accompany it with both the starter and first course, the response was always negative and upon the arrival of the second course, despite having reserved the entire area (company lunch), we were rudely removed from the smoking area saying that it was a reserved area, nothing to say about the excellent food

19/04/2025: We ate at this cute little place. The service was very slow, for 3 first courses and a scramble we waited more than 2 hours. Misunderstandings and bad organization among staff regarding orders. On the other hand, the dishes were good and the staff were friendly
31/01/2025: Il e il mio ragazzo Mohamed andiamo in continuazione a mangiare la pizza qui perché lui dice che è la più fornita e buona dell'umbria . Scrivo la recensione io perché Mohamed ogni volta mi porta e poi dice che ha lo stomaco stretto e poco appetito e non mangia niente ! , mi fa incavolare sempre ! . Comunque un ottima pizzeria anche da asporto , vedo gente in continuazione che non si ferma a mangiare e va via con i cartoni . Spero non la chiudano mai è una risorsa preziosa per tutti a Foligno .

19/07/2025: Daily admission is €15, the infinity pool has a breathtaking view, but there are no umbrellas. If you want some shade, you can sit on the loungers under the covered food court, surrounded by people eating and chatting!
Bringing your own food is prohibited, which is perfectly acceptable as long as there's a valid offer at the bar. Unfortunately, you can only choose from 4-5 options, including sandwiches or focaccia at very questionable prices (from €10-14 more than the service station 😱). If you want something more indulgent, only on Saturdays and Sundays when the restaurant is open!
Dedicated bathrooms and changing rooms are on the construction site... soap wasn't delivered by 10:00 AM, and drilling was already underway in the pool at 10:00 AM!
The only thing that saved the day was the view.
13/07/2025: A management company that thrives on its green location and magnificent view of Assisi, yet does absolutely nothing to enhance the property.
The rooms are small, bare, old, and very dirty. The bathroom floods with every shower.
The welcome is cold and distant.
The pool is very nice, but again, it's not adequately enhanced (uncomfortable loungers, no umbrellas, and very awkward access, needlessly passing through a smelly changing room).
The breakfast is completely inadequate: scant, limited, repetitive, and worse than what's usually offered at much lower-quality establishments.
The restaurant is little more than mediocre: cold dishes and endless waits, perfectly reflecting the superficial approach that pervades every aspect of the property.
It's clear they hope to make the total inadequacy and lack of commitment disappear with a little view.
The only hope for reviving the property is a drastic change in management, because the place deserves much higher standards.

tagliere di saluni veramente buoni, carne (tagliata) ottima con cottura
richiesta media precisa,la ragazza che ci a serviti credo sia la responsabile di sala
molto gentile e professionale precisa a darci spiegazioni.
l'unico inconveniente a mio avviso poco igienico e che la sera a detta della ragazza non usano ne tovaglie ne le tovagliette da posizionare sopra i tavoli in pratica si mangia sul tavolo.
Proverei ad usarle anche la sera non solo a pranzo.

La mia geniale natura sta cercando ancora di decifrare il tiramisù proposto:
4 savoiardi non inzuppati e secchi, panna quasi acida e cacao amaro in polvere:

01/08/2025: I went to eat here yesterday with my family.
Politeness and kindness, they just don't know what it means.
I wanted to order a type of pasta listed on the menu, but it wasn't there, and the same for dessert. Then I ordered panna cotta with berries, and it arrived with a black cherry topping and two strawberries on top, without being told that the berries weren't there, and they did their thing.
I asked for the bathroom, politely of course, and the answer was: (If they haven't moved it, it's still there) and finally, the POS didn't work, which was the icing on the cake.
The only good thing was the water.
The goal of a business is to attract and entice customers, and instead, it was the opposite.
NEVER AGAIN, FOR GOODNESS.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY TOOK US A LONG TIME TO DO IT.
And let's not even get into the jokes they made about what we'd ordered.
We're still in a country where everyone is free to choose what they want, and then everyone should be treated equally.
And if you have stomach problems, it's not your problem.
IF YOU CLOSE, IT'S BETTER!

27/07/2025: Posto molto accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli, personale gentilissimo e preparato ma soprattutto cibo ottimo!!! È stata una bellissima serata e ritorneremo con molto piacere. I prezzi sono molto più che onesti.

18/07/2025: Small and cramped, we were served moldy, smelly grated cheese. When we pointed this out to the owner, he snorted in annoyance. The first courses arrived, with 30 grams of pasta—an exaggeration, I mean exaggeration! Definitely avoid!
08/07/2025: The waiter, who is probably also the owner, wasn't very welcoming or kind! The tagliatelle with ragù sauce seemed thin and had very little meat.
I don't recommend it.
