Everyone praises it, but I didn't like it. When I went, they only had fried sausages and a choice of spinach (which I don't eat), fried potatoes, and some kind of mush that looked so unappetizing I didn't even want to ask what it was. I ended up getting the sausages, which were overcooked and therefore completely tasteless, and the potatoes. Overall, I guess I was just unlucky.

25/04/2026: A restaurant just outside the historic center of Cascia, located in a beautiful hotel. Traditional cuisine with a contemporary twist, featuring locally sourced ingredients to create delicious dishes that respect tradition. The excellent wine list showcases the rich local tradition alongside top national labels. The desserts are delicious, although the portions are a bit on the small side.
