A restaurant just outside the historic center of Cascia, located in a beautiful hotel. Traditional cuisine with a contemporary twist, featuring locally sourced ingredients to create delicious dishes that respect tradition. The excellent wine list showcases the rich local tradition alongside top national labels. The desserts are delicious, although the portions are a bit on the small side.

21/06/2026: Nice, very small portions, not good value for money in my opinion, too expensive, taste okay, nothing special.
16/05/2026: I was walking down the street, wanting to eat something, and I stumbled upon it. Some kind of spirit lured me in. Tartolinette with truffles – fantastic, white wine – brilliantly chosen by the waiter. The atmosphere was great. A charming place. It's nice there.
