09/06/2025: From all the negative reviews, we were expecting to be disappointed. However, we see no faults! The lake was clean and warm so lovely for a swim, and the bar staff at the snack bar were friendly too. We didn’t use the swimming pool but looks clean and well maintained. About 25 minute walk from the train station but lovely views along the way. Had a lovely time here and would recommend!

03/05/2025: We wanted a simple farmhouse with genuine Umbrian food, without too many pretensions. Parking and location ok, spartan veranda but ok for the type of place, girls at the tables very friendly. Then they tell us that gnocchi and tagliatelle are homemade, and we receive two clearly "industrial" pasta dishes seasoned with a sticky white ragù. With two courses each (starter/first course) and 3 side dishes for 4, €35 each, without desserts. Disappointment. I'm only giving two stars because the artichoke salad is good.

04/06/2025: BAD. At dinner with my family, a slice of chicken arrives for my TWO year old with spoiled parmesan on top and baked potatoes that taste like a dirty oven. I order a plate with a soy burger accompanied by artisanal round focaccia and I get a piece of defrosted focaccia with a soft vegetable burger that I only ate because I was really hungry. In addition to this, the owner or waiter, I don't know, also had something to say because in his opinion the cheese was good, incredible. I paid the FULL bill. I understand now why it's always empty. NEVER AGAIN

27/05/2025: Inaspettamente tutto buono (pizze hamburger, tagliata, verdure, ) distratto il servizio dimenticavano le richiestw(olio,cucchiaio) siamo andati a prenderli da soli. Prezzi nella media

24/04/2025: Ho visitato questo ristorante su consiglio di Chiara, la proprietaria del nostro Agriturismo. La prima sera di vacanze dunque ci rechiamo lì… Luogo molto tranquillo, d’estate ancora più bello perché ha tanto spazio all esterno. La location è rustica. Ci hanno accolto gentilmente. Mio figlio ha ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi… Sembrava tutto molto buono e ha gradito. Sul tagliere c erano anche una fetta di brioche rustica ai formaggi e un trancio di focaccia. Mio marito ha ordinato una tagliata con rucola. La carne era molto buona. Io sono vegetariana e ho ordinato una porzione di patate fritte con carciofi fritti SPETTACOLARI. I prezzi sono normali.

26/06/2025: We stayed in this facility for 5 days, cold welcome, rooms, swimming pool and restaurant not suitable for families with small children or disabled people who need a wheelchair, stairs everywhere, zero ramps.. Rooms a bit old, shower tray gaskets that leak, bathroom a bit flooded.. The facility's restaurant is open every day only for dinner, for lunch you have to make do, either go out or eat at the pool bar (exaggerated prices for the menu it offers) there is no alternative not even a plate of pasta on the fly for a small child.. Tennis court yes but bring your own balls otherwise you won't play. Infinity pool very nice, shame about the uncomfortable loungers that need a mattress, and no umbrella.. Outdoor gym area impracticable, in the middle of scrub, not to mention the gazebos, tables all dusty, I don't see care.. beautiful place but not well cared for, and then a little smile to the guests every now and then could be done.. the place is beautiful but needs a lot of maintenance, the price is high for what they actually offer.

23/06/2025: The overnight accommodation area, currently being renovated and used only for a formal dinner, reflects the good local food featured in the Quattro Ristoranti programme, with excellent drinks too.

03/06/2025: Typical Perugian trattoria in a historic location. Very friendly and helpful restaurateur. Very delicious dishes especially the typical tagliatelle with truffle. Fair and honest prices. Highly recommended

30/04/2025: Este bar - bistrot está a orillas del lago Trasimeno, un hermoso lugar para disfrutar del almuerzo. Sin embargo, después de 30 minutos el almuerzo no había llegado, y solo había otra pareja aquí. Los raviolis con tomates cherry estaban buenos cuando finalmente llegaron, pero no había oferta de parmigiano o pimienta negra. Parece que este lugar comercia con su ubicación, pero no invierte en su personal.

30/05/2025: 2nd update: I just need to add a few things. The price-performance ratio at the complex is great. Very reasonable apartment prices. Breakfast for €10 and a two-course dinner for €30 if ordered in advance. And the lawn was mowed yesterday. The two pools are also good. The view from our balcony in apartment 408 is fantastic. Incredibly beautiful sunsets. Very close to the SS3, but not audible. The mattress is super comfortable. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex and super fast, even for streaming videos. I think if you work on a few small things, something really good can emerge. So keep it up. The only downside in apartment 408: When the neighbors turn on the air conditioning, it's very loud in the bedroom, even with the windows closed. This is due to the very poorly positioned external air conditioning unit. Review update: The nice lady at the reception desk read my information and brought me some kitchen equipment and two wine glasses. Dinner was also quite good. We had crostini and potato pâté with truffle and Parmesan cream. It was quite good. My wife then had homemade tagliatelle with ragu sauce, and I had wild boar goulash. The tagliatelle was good. The sauce was okay. The wild boar was good. The vino rosso della casa was much too cold. When it warmed up, it was good. Overall, the food was good, but there was still room for improvement. The breakfast buffet leaves little to be desired. Everything looks really good and was really good, except for the scrambled eggs. That was due to the eggs used, which had a strange smell and taste. Overall, it can be described as very good for a breakfast in Italy. Start first review So, the superior apartment isn't exactly superior. The furnishings are poor. No wine glasses in Italy? Everything is clean and the room is nice, but the bathroom is small and the shower curtain is actually substandard. The kitchen has no pots and pans and no dish soap, so why would I get an apartment with a kitchen when I'll have trouble preparing breakfast, let alone cooking? The entire green area outside is pretty neglected. They should hire a gardener. The pools look pretty good. The restaurant looks nice. Let's see how it tastes.

27/05/2025: I spent a weekend surrounded by greenery with my friends, very welcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and good dinner. Recommended, we will definitely be back!

09/12/2024: Assolutamente incongruente il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Due pezzettini di controfiletto, un pugnetto di bieta ripassata ed un caffè: 30€! Non si rendono conto che per 5/10€ in più, non rivedranno più un potenziale nuovo Cliente! Non è assolutamente più tollerabile essere considerati "Clienti bancomat"! Ci si può sentire fregati, una volta; ma, a due non s'arriva!

26/04/2025: Impasto a Perugia, di fronte al cinema multisala UCI, è il tipico esempio di pizzeria nate sul modello americano, però qui la pizza è molto meglio. Direi Ottima. Avrei qualche riserva sul colore del locale, quasi interamente di colore nero, e dei servizi igienici, veramente scomodi e mal posizionati. Quello che però ci ha dato veramente fastidio è il servizio asfissiante. Dopo pochissimi minuti che ti sei seduto iniziano a chiederti di ordinare, e poi non appena lo hai fatti passano in continuazione a chiederti se va tutto bene, mentre mangi passano ogni minuto per sapere se va bene , se vuoi altro, se possono portare via i piatti. Insomma, non ti lasciano cenare in pace. Se aggiungiamo poi che i tavoli sono piccoli e vicinissimo l'uno all'altro, diventa veramente un insieme caotico. Ripeto, la pizza è molto buona, ma locale e servizio lasciano a desiderare .
