Discovered by chance, an exciting experience. We entered this restaurant, which from the outside looks like an apartment, a bit skeptical due to its history with natural wines. We left eager to return, enraptured by the cuisine and wine cellar. Excellent wine recommendations, food beyond expectations, fabulous host & co.!

As a regular customer of this wonderful establishment and someone who isn't particularly inclined to leave comments online, the restaurant doesn't need my full-star review. I feel compelled to do so, however, to offset the previous ungenerous one-star review. Today I was at the table next to Mrs. Samira: The real problem isn't that the 15-month-old child screamed for over an hour, nor that he attacked the wine bottles on the shelves two or three times. The very serious problem is confusing the right to be a child (and to go anywhere with one's parents) with the right to use this tool as absurd retaliation simply because someone politely pointed it out. Before using these tools, if anything, it would be wise to discuss it directly with the right person, rather than leaving the restaurant and hiding behind a keyboard and a screen just because that's how you can vent your resentment.

In Foligno, a truly unique place in many ways. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the service is very attentive and meticulous. We were recommended an excellent wine that paired very well with the dishes we ordered. I really appreciated the seasonality of the cuisine. It's a shame, but it's just my personal taste, that this time's dishes focused almost exclusively on the fifth quarter, limiting our guests' choices. I would gladly return. We found the price to be fair. Thank you

The time spent at the table, accompanied by polite service, was exhausting—I don't want to overstate it—but even between courses, the wait was truly unnerving, and it wasn't even a sumptuous dinner! The host, Damiano, put a bit of his flair into it, offering a free small selection of cured meats, a truly appreciated move, as were the sliced ​​meats. Forgiven! A lost order? An oversight? It can happen! Patience! "Forgiveness is never denied to anyone, but trust is never regained!" The lively Osteria delle Rondini entertained me. The atmosphere, a bit hipster with grunge overtones, is pleasant, the cooking is homely, the spaghetti a bit too peppery, the bread excellent... as for the rest, nothing to declare! R/ Getting caught out for a saying, a figure of speech, seems disrespectful to the customer who waited three and a half hours at their table! If you didn't understand that... forgive me! But know that others, in my place, would have given your restaurant a bad review.
