A truly special evening, one that lingers in your memory. At Osteria del Matto, we found simple cuisine in the best sense of the word: authentic ingredients, traditional flavors, and carefully prepared dishes that showcase the quality of the ingredients without unnecessary artifice. The set menu takes you on an authentic journey of flavor and tradition, while the service makes the experience even more special: the host, original and unconventional, is an integral part of the restaurant's atmosphere and contributes to creating an evening unlike any other, enjoyable and memorable. We had a wonderful time, thanks to the quality of what we ate, the way it was cooked, and the way it was presented and served. It was one of those dinners you fondly remember and worth experiencing at least once.

The menu is a fixed (and surprising) one, featuring quality local products and simple, delicious home-cooked cuisine. The owner entertains guests with entertaining stories, creating a lovely atmosphere. The madman will even choose the order of the courses. We finished with delicious homemade pasta! Definitely worth a try!

Unique. Good, simple food. The wait between servings is considerable. The surprise menu option is a nice touch, but the dishes aren't at all generous; they're more like small bites. And you'll go hungry between each bite. The atmosphere is beautiful and original.

Well, the place is nice and the food is very good, but it's really, really cheap for what we paid. The fixed menu costs €27 per person, excluding drinks, portions are barely enough to taste, a half-liter of house wine costs €8, and the service is incredibly slow despite only seating 25 people. We came in at 12:30 and left at 3:30. Plus, you eat backwards: first the appetizer, then the main course, which also doesn't have any sides, and finally the first course, but since the sauce was finished, we had to wait for it to be recooked. I wouldn't recommend it at all. It was a bad experience.

A special evening to be repeated

The food was good, but the portions were too small. The service was very slow; we left from 7:15 PM until 10:00 PM. The customer needs to be taken care of from start to finish. We had high expectations, but we were disappointed. What a shame.
