08/03/2025: Non sono il tipo da recensioni.... ma stavolta è d'obbligo. Vi consiglio di andare... tutto buono... Gestione ottima...ci rivedremo presto!!!!

08/03/2025: I often eat in restaurants and almost always I am unable to eat everything on my plate because the heaviness of the restaurant-cooked dish prevails, therefore tending to be more seasoned. This is the first restaurant I've found where you eat with the taste of a restaurant dish but cooked in such a way as to be light. I don't know their secret but I assure you that everything is delicious, you can taste the quality ingredients. Positive aspects to point out 1. Cloth napkin 2. Glass of bottled house wine served at the table with tasting 3. Superlative bread and oil. These are delicacies that deserve a sixth star. The owners are very kind, they make you feel at home and ensure that you leave satisfied so they take care of everything. We had a flan of beef rump with aubergines, melted Norcia cheese and truffle (stunning), a pappardella with wild boar (never eaten so good) a pork shank with potatoes (superlative) ricotta pie and panna cotta with berries (divine) it's a trattoria but it has the care of a restaurant, I won't say starred but with truly refined traditional dishes. I would go back tomorrow. Since the place is small, you can also converse with other diners. Excellent price. 66 euros with wine, water and coffee. If you don't go you won't realize what I'm talking about.

Sin dal primo momento, si viene accolti con educazione, calore e una gentilezza sincera, caratteristiche che rendono questo luogo straordinariamente accogliente. Il personale dimostra una professionalità impeccabile, unita a un’attenzione al cliente che fa sentire ogni ospite speciale. E poi c'è la cucina… una meraviglia che conquista ogni palato! Dietro le quinte, la Madre della titolare porta un tocco di tradizione e maestria che si riflette in ogni piatto, trasformando ingredienti di qualità in vere e proprie opere d’arte culinarie. Mariani Pescheria e Cucina non è solo un ristorante, è un luogo dove si vive un’esperienza culinaria che scalda il cuore e soddisfa l’anima. Consigliatissimo!

24/03/2025: Ci troviamo di tanto in tanto a Gualdo Tadino per un fine settimana fuori porta, e per dormire facciamo tappa fissa qui. Abbiamo prenotato per la prima volta in tre coppie e abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura, che si trova in pieno centro. Le camere sono pulite, comode e dotate di tutto l’essenziale. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sono impeccabili. Inoltre, la colazione è davvero deliziosa. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante!

22/12/2024: Siamo stati per festeggiare un anniversario. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, dall'antipasto fino ai tozzetti con passito. Ottima esperienza da rifare sicuramente.

30/03/2025: Un ristorante che sa il fatto suo , bravi i camerieri che nella semplicità ci hanno servito senza nessuna sbavatura sempre pronti ad accontentarci , in cucina super non posso trovare una pecca tutto buonissimo , quantità delle porzioni perfetta e qualità dei prodotti 🔝 il menù cambia in base alle stagioni così bisogna tornare per poter assaggiare altre cose meravigliose , bravissimi .

21/03/2025: The place is so cute, quiet. The service was perfect, the guys were very kind. I ordered Spaghetti alla Carbonara and my wife Rigatoni alla Norcina. And for dessert PanaCotta. Everything was wonderful, very very tasty. It was the best pasta we have eaten so far.

11/01/2025: A very small restaurant run by a colorful owner. Delicious and original dishes explained with passion. Small card and zero km fresh products. The opportunity to taste donkey (we are adventurous) and an absolutely wonderful dessert: the deconstructed cheese cake with amarena and truffle.

19/01/2025: Brewery directly on the square, we enjoyed both the beers and the food. I recommend the veggie burger!

16/03/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday with two children. Excellent food quality. Crostini with liver pâté as they were once made, truly excellent. The children were happy with the trofie and the meatballs with sauce. We cut and baked Tomahawk, large in quantity and quality of meat and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the desserts as we were full but there will be a way. Great location

16/03/2025: We stayed at this farm, the view is wonderful, the food is of the highest quality, I recommend it. Very good

17/03/2025: It's been some time since I ate at this restaurant but I must say that the quality is always excellent, tuna tartare and artichokes very good, grilled fish very good (the potatoes were too small for my taste). Very welcoming place, staff very attentive in satisfying customer requests. The wine cellar is excellent

13/03/2025: Very welcoming place recommended by a dear Umbrian friend of ours. Attractive menus and proposals. Unfortunately, compared to the first experience, this time we were not satisfied with the first courses, plus I brought my chef partner and therefore I had to suffer his complaints about the overcooked and tasteless pasta, despite the guarantee for the place. The raw and tartare dishes are always excellent. Good quality Cantabrian anchovies. In my opinion it remains one of the best fish restaurants in Umbria. Prices more than fair for the area.

30/11/2024: Sono stata a cena con colleghi in questo posto. Il cibo può dirsi nella media non c’è stato nulla che abbia esaltato il gusto di nessuno di noi. Al di là degli antipasti che sono tipici ma non unici fette di prosciutto crudo locale, uova strapazzate con tartufo (?) e paté di fegatini, il secondo che è stato spacciato come un filetto alla brace era veramente duro quasi da non riuscire a tagliarlo con il coltello da bistecca. Ma la cosa più deludente è stata che una cena in cui abbiamo mangiato sostanzialmente un antipasto e un secondo con quattro bottiglie di vino in 12 persone è costata 55 € a testa. Ritengo il prezzo veramente eccessivo per la qualità del cibo che è stato proposto.

18/02/2025: My wife and I stayed for three nights, unfortunately the period was not the best as it rained and it was cold.. Despite this however... we had a good time, we ate very well... and the people who run this business are very kind and make you feel like you were at home. I hope to return in a better season so that we can enjoy the surrounding spaces!!...

15/01/2025: Absolutely beautiful property. Well built and maintained. Arrived very upset after learning thieves had stolen from our home in Agriano, including a very important electric generator that creates 110v for the travel trailer that came over on a boat from America. Bed, very firm. pillow like a rectangle brick. Bedding was all made with wonderful cotton. The bathroom was poorly designed, with the most used feature (the toilet) stuck in the corner so far that when you sit you need to tuck your knees under the sink. The bonus is that you can rest your head on the sink if you are tired.😆 For having such a distant location from everything , this agrotourismo is a little gem in the wild. My winter time booking, of a lower level room was cold on arrival. The radiant heat was not radiating anything warm. After asking, twice, the best kicked in and I was warm enough to remove my hat and attempt sleep. I woke up cold about 3:30 and realized the room was no longer warm. 😶 Then after rising at around, 5:30..... The room and radiator remainder cold until the sun finally down thru at about 9:30. Then it's warm rays set my morning straight.
