15/09/2025: For my first time in Citerna, I had lunch at Belvedere. It was an experience worth repeating because the fish was fresh and well-cooked, the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and clean, and the view of the Tiber Valley was breathtaking... the only downside: the waitress made a mistake with one of our orders, and we waited a bit too long to fix it. I must say, however, that the waitress was good; she apologized several times (mistakes can happen, of course!) and offered us dessert. The prices are fair for what you get, and I think I'll be back.

24/10/2025: Last night I had the pleasure of eating at "Ministero della Brace" for the first time, even though the place has been around for 17 years, which confirms the professionalism and solidity of the business. Everything was delicious, the freshest ingredients cooked with love by Mr. Nino and served by his inseparable brother, a family-run business that takes you back to times gone by. Thank you so much, because in addition to eating wonderfully and drinking Nino's fantastic rosolio liqueurs, I felt enveloped in a warm embrace. I highly recommend it. The price is absolutely fair.

21/10/2025: Nino is not only a fabulous chef but also a very personal host. Love the way he cooks all types of fresh fish and pasta. Everything, even the olives, are his creations! Deliciosa!

12/10/2025: I went there with my wife. Excellent pizza and excellent service, even when the place was full (Saturday night). The vegetarian selection is also decent (we're in Umbria, after all). Recommended if you're in the center of Todi.

A variety of meat and fish dishes, along with delicious pizza; generous portions, and courteous and prompt staff. The terrace with outdoor seating is beautiful.

26/09/2025: A good restaurant-pizzeria in the center of Gubbio, with spacious interiors and an internal garden. In addition to pizza, the menu offers traditional dishes from Gubbio. Good and fast service.

26/09/2025: A family-friendly and informal atmosphere. The food is excellent; when we're in Gubbio, we always eat at La Balestra. We've known it our whole lives, and it always maintains high standards. Highly recommended, even for vegetarians.

26/09/2025: A lovely restaurant in the village of Trevi. The menu features unique dishes. We had a mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses, a pasta dish, and a chickpea soup with porcini mushrooms, both excellent. We also had two desserts: one with ricotta and black cherries, and a semifreddo with dried fruit and candied fruit, both delicious. Generous portions and good value.

Locale davvero molto piacevole e accogliente dove puoi goderti tranquillamente la tua serata. 02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner. Honestly, walking in and seeing a pine tree practically cut in half isn't the prettiest sight. There are many centuries-old trees, but they've all been severely topped, and honestly, given the beauty of the place, even outside the restaurant, this isn't a great calling card. The food isn't the best; the fish isn't cooked at all and had a nasty smell; I didn't eat it. The cannelloni, however, were cooked quite well. They serve you a little of their olive oil on small plates to enjoy with their bread, but this oil is nothing like the many DOP olive oils we have in Umbria, which are far better. The water isn't bottled, which, for a restaurant with such high prices, isn't exactly the best. The prices are too high, even for the quality of the food. It's a shame, because the waiters are very friendly. If it were just for them, I'd give it full stars.

27/08/2025: Located right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Very beautiful, especially in the evening. Good food, excellent starters, but I wasn't entirely impressed with the platters, especially the quantity. Cheese was nonexistent. Overall, above average. For a simple dinner, it's more than adequate.

12/09/2025: We went there yesterday for lunch because my sister is celiac. It was an incredible discovery, even for us non-celiacs. We'll definitely be back. The food is high quality and the staff are friendly. I recommend it.
