16/08/2025: Ristorante Apollinare is a gem in the wonderful city of Spoleto. Impeccable and attentive service despite the (never intrusive) crowds on the August bank holiday. Excellent food with unconventional yet decidedly successful pairings. An excellent restaurant and highly recommended.

27/07/2025: Wonderful place, perfect for families with children! We stayed 10 days at Fattoria del Quondam with our 3-year-old son and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious, functional, and had a beautiful private garden with a table, chairs, and a swing. The property is surrounded by olive trees and nature: absolute relaxation. The pool was lovely, with loungers, a swing, and an area for spritzes and platters. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes, fruit, and Nutella for the kids. The food was also a pleasant surprise, with delicious burgers and sandwiches. Our son was able to visit and feed the farm animals: an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were always attentive to the children. At night, we didn't even need the air conditioning (included in the price): we could just open the window and enjoy the cool breeze, the cicadas, and the rooster's good morning greeting. A car is needed to explore the surrounding area, but the medieval villages and surrounding woods are truly beautiful. Highly recommended for those seeking nature, relaxation, and authentic hospitality. We highly recommend staying here :)
