La qualità delle materie prime è davvero eccellente e ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli: sapori autentici, ben bilanciati e condimenti perfetti. L’ambiente è accogliente e lo staff si distingue per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Un’esperienza culinaria che vale assolutamente la pena di provare!

05/05/2025: Solita tappa per una cena sfiziosa di quelle che piacciono a me. Pochi fronzoli, taglieri golosi e ottimi calici di vini. Mi ritrovo spesso d’estate a cena in questa location, dove la convivialità è di casa. Ormai la splendida Elisa nemmeno ci fa parlare, già sa i nostri gusti e ci accoglie con estrema cordialità facendoci sentire in famiglia. I taglieri sono pieni di ottimi salumi e formaggi (penso la maggior parte a km zero) e le torte al testo… beh un esplosione di gusto. I miei vini preferiti?? Il rosato e l’oscano.

06/06/2025: Great bar in Gubbio. Very good breakfast, with excellent pastries. I've been there a few times for lunch and the food was very good and well plated. Friendly staff, I recommend it for a breakfast or a quick lunch. Moderate prices

04/06/2025: Despite the (slightly) lower prices compared to surrounding restaurants, we expected more quality. The food was mediocre. Tasted as if everything came from a package or factory. Glasses of wine filled to below the line. A nice terrace with a parasol above it. And a nice service. Next time we will not come back here unfortunately.

The owners, always kind and helpful, Antonio and Tiziana, pampered us with entirely zero-mile products, telling us with sympathy and sincerity about their world and their choices, managing to convey the passion of those who take care of the restaurant by relying on carefully selected products to always guarantee quality and authenticity. No pre-packaged, industrial food. As it should be in every self-respecting farmhouse. The place is strategically positioned on a hill less than half an hour's drive from places like Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio. Highly recommended!

24/05/2025: Sono venuto in questo ristorante principalmente per una pausa rilassante, e perché attratto dalla magnifica vista che si gode in questa invitante sala del Fontebella Palace Hotel . Con estremo piacere ho constatato che qui anche la ristorazione, per servizio, creatività e felici combinazioni degli ingredienti,risulta eccellente. Prezzo medio -alto , meritoriamente giustificato dall' insieme di quanto proposto.

I piatti sono un perfetto connubio tra tradizione e innovazione, con sapori intensi e sorprendenti. 21/05/2025: Frequentiamo Gubbio da diversi anni, questo è uno dei ristoranti dove siamo soliti mangiare. Porzioni giuste, prezzi onesti, buono sia ristorante che pizzeria. Da veneto posso dire il tiramisù è fatto veramente bene. Un po' scomodo perché fuori dal centro, ma ci sono un sacco di parcheggi sia davanti che dietro. Un po' rumoroso perché é sempre affollato.

18/04/2025: At the suggestion of a friend I went to try the pork tomahawk steak. In fact it lived up to my best expectations. Soft, tasty, tender and lean. The best pork chop I've ever eaten. The seasoned pecorino and the sautéed chicory taken as a side dish are also excellent. Having to drive I didn't consume any wine. Clean and welcoming place. Price a little high, €51.00 including coffee, but it must be said that the place setting was in elegant, quality fabric and that the cutlery was constantly changed. I'll be back to try the other options on the menu
