Don't know about the hotel. We had lunch on the terrace with a lovely view 😊. Food was perfect and the service was excellent and friendly. We came back for a second lunch. So peaceful and relaxing. Sitting with a glass of wine after lunch on the terrace is lovely 😍

Lunch for a ceremony... Lovely place. The only downside is that it's inside the restricted traffic zone, but the view and a lovely stroll through the streets of Assisi make up for it.

Disappointing service and ho hum rooms at a quiet hotel.
We weren't exactly welcomed upon arrival or at aperitif time at the bar, and continued to feel like we were infringing on the locals' experience via our presence here.
Room was about what I expected for this type of hotel, with a shared toilet/shower arrangement and a satisfactory bed, with little space to stash luggage, etc.
The room did have a lovely view of the the local fortress and one of Subasio's valleys, which did add considerable appeal to the space.
I can't say I was disappointed in the room furnishings as it's par for what I've seen across Italy for the price, but this was the only location out of seven hotels I've visited in Italy, where I didn't really feel welcomed.

The hotel and restaurant are top notch... authentic food, very professional staff... strategically located, allowing you to explore Assisi on foot... authenticity and friendliness are the jewel in the crown... special mention for Mrs. Vera... by name, by nature... congratulations to everyone 👍💛💙🇮🇹

A wonderful experience, worth repeating.
Everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the friendliness didn't hurt either.
The location was lovely, very quiet despite being centrally located.
The food was excellent, and the view from the window was beautiful.
Parking was available, very convenient and appreciated.
