15/07/2025: Situazione mai vissuta. Dopo un'attesa di mezzora per il primo, ho chiesto alla giovane cameriera se era possibile non attendere così a lungo anche per il secondo. Infastidita mi ha risposto che "non era passata mezzora (infatti erano 29 minuti...) e che era così perchè "di là è tutto pieno"; nessuna scusa ma solo un malcelato fastidio. Dopo 5 minuti arriva una seconda cameriera con i secondi che avrebbe voluto lasciare su tavolo nonostante non fossimo neppure a metà del primo. Richiesto di portarci il tutto, come normale in un ristorante normale, dopo che avessimo terminato la prima portata. Bene o male riusciamo a terminare il pranzo che, al di là delle fettuccine che galleggiavano nell'acqua, lo scottadito tiepido e le olive ascolane con nocciolo all'interno e presentate su un letto di verdurina moscia ed appassita (foto), era nella media. Al momento di pagare alla cassa e dopo aver informato il titolare di quanto accaduto, lo stesso, con modi strafottenti mi diceva che ero "già fortunato di aver aspettato solo mezzora" e che "se volevo mangiare in quindici minuti dovevo andare da un'altra parte". Meglio evitare il posto e privilegiare chi, oltre ad essere meglio organizzato, ha modi di fare più rispettosi della professione e del cliente.

12/07/2025: On our way back from the Marmore Falls, we stopped at the La Contessa restaurant in Gubbio. We had a truly delicious dinner, with excellent service and easy parking. Highly recommended if you want to eat well and save money.

28/07/2025: We dined last night at this inn located within the ancient walls of Corciano. We would have liked to eat outside (as requested when booking), but given the weather, it wasn't possible. This, however, didn't in the least detract from the atmosphere we enjoyed inside this elegant, refined, and high-quality restaurant, perfectly complementing every course served, including dessert. Thanks to the woman who advised us on the menu, but also to the overall service, which was impeccable. The chef's touch of class, appearing in the dining room and asking everyone if everything was to their liking, sealed the deal on a culinary adventure truly worth repeating. Highly recommended!

31/07/2025: Excellent quality restaurant and rooms, located near the town center and with the bus stop that goes to Assisi very close or alternatively it can also be reached on foot.

08/08/2025: We've been sitting here since 8:30 pm and it's 10:01 pm, it's me, a friend and our respective 8-year-old daughters... The girls ate because they insisted they brought their dishes to them, the platter arrived for 2 of us and then nothing.... I'm waiting for the pasta, my partner for the tagliata, fed up I asked if there were any problems... Maximum 10 minutes and I'll serve you.... The girls are sleeping and I'm quite nervous... The platter wasn't great, my daughter's tagliatelle with truffle wasn't either but it was preserved truffle and not fresh and in any case it didn't say fresh on the menu so it's okay...... While I'm writing this, the fateful 10 minutes have passed and here the pasta and the tagliata are nowhere to be seen..... I will never return and I advise you to look elsewhere.... And I'm waiting for the pasta..... The view is stunning! But it's not their doing.... Update, the pasta arrived... inedible without cream, lots of pecorino and guanciale... Very salty!!! The tagliata was good. Another update... After paying a €90 bill we allowed ourselves a cigarette near the car.... An apple was thrown at our car door... Luckily no damage... Oh well.

20/06/2025: In un piccolo paese (Torgiano) c’è questa osteria gestita con cura e passione. Cameriere molto preparato e socievole ci ha illustrato i patti con competenze e professionalità. Nessun problema con il nostro cagnolino e posto nel verde fatto bene. In una serata di giugno siamo stati molto bene. Nel menù pochi piatti ma fatti molto bene. Assolutamente da provare

20/06/2025: In a small town (Torgiano) there is this tavern managed with care and passion. Very knowledgeable and sociable waiter explained the agreements to us with competence and professionalism. No problem with our little dog and well-made place in the greenery. On an evening in June we had a great time. On the menu few dishes but very well done. Absolutely to try

19/07/2025: A charming place, just like its employees, who were a delight. The town is beautiful, and the restaurant is worth a visit for a quiet evening. The pasta is delicious.

13/07/2025: Don't miss it! Go inside or take a seat on the outdoor terrace. Had an excellent lunch here this afternoon. It's difficult to choose from the delicious dishes on the menu, but the scrambled eggs with truffle are highly recommended! Complemented by a glass of wine from the excellent wine list. On top of that, the service is welcoming and friendly! Absolutely true to what another reviewer wrote: "If I lived here, I'd be here every day!"

06/08/2025: Went both for New Year's Eve dinner and to eat with relatives...from the atmosphere to the welcome, from the service to the food, everything was superb and delicious. I highly recommend them 😉👍🥰

22/05/2025: A beautiful weekend in this charming farmhouse, immersed in the greenery of Umbrian nature. A place suitable for those who want to disconnect from the daily frenzy and reset their mind and body. The owners, always kind and helpful, Antonio and Tiziana, pampered us with entirely zero-mile products, telling us with sympathy and sincerity about their world and their choices, managing to convey the passion of those who take care of the restaurant by relying on carefully selected products to always guarantee quality and authenticity. No pre-packaged, industrial food. As it should be in every self-respecting farmhouse. The place is strategically positioned on a hill less than half an hour's drive from places like Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: We had lunch at the Delle Mura restaurant on the 15th of August, a scorching hot day. They had reserved an outdoor table for us, setting up two small, miserable fans that were supposed to "cool" all the tables... laughable, not to cry. Upon our request, they allowed us to move inside, where the situation improved only slightly, to a very small room with the only door open and no air conditioning. The food was barely adequate, and the service was absolutely unwelcoming, rude, and rushed. The icing on the cake was that one of the coffees tasted of soap; a piece of detergent had stuck to the inside of the cup. We politely pointed this out, and, kindly, they brought us another coffee, still with a stubborn attitude. Perhaps an apology would have been in order, as well as good manners. We do not recommend it. It's a shame, because the square is very charming and truly worth a visit.

17/08/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant in Bevagna, Umbrian but not only because the chef is Sicilian and makes delicious cannoli.
