14/05/2025: Sono tornata all'officina dopo tanto tempo e devo dire che la location è sempre molto bella. Il personale che ci ha servito è stato molto preparato e gentile. Peccato però che ci siano alcune cose che, se migliorate, potrebbero far diventare questo ristorante uno dei migliori di Perugia. Spero che il ristorante legga i miei consigli: innanzitutto, il titolare dovrebbe essere un po' più presentabile e fare attenzione ai pantaloni. Sarebbe anche meglio evitare di urlare al cameriere, ad esempio quando si ricorda di un piatto mancante. Un altro suggerimento sarebbe quello di ridurre alcuni ingredienti nei piatti, perché alcuni sono così ricchi che è difficile capire cosa si sta mangiando. Ottimi invece i piccoli antipasti che servono all'inizio, magari anche un pò meno così da poter finire il pasto ordinato.

Simple but convivial Umbrian restaurant specializing in snails with incredible value for money. Other dishes are also available, and for tasting bears of various types. The riding school inside the farmhouse is truly a treat for those who love horses! And Marco the Gringo is truly great! Super recommended!

It is an almost magical place, divinely furnished, with kind and welcoming staff and excellent cuisine. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright. The stable is impeccably kept and you can take walks in the surrounding meadows and woods. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to regenerate, enjoying a panorama full of greenery that warms the heart and eases your thoughts. Perfect for families with children but also for couples of all ages.

19/03/2025: Beautiful resort in a nineteenth-century villa a stone's throw from Lake Trasimeno. The rooms have been renovated with taste and attention to detail, leaving the style of the period but with all the comforts. The idea of ​​being able to reserve the wellness area for an hour is nice. The pool is large and overlooks an olive grove. Very large garden with vegetable garden and vineyard, really well-kept and where it is a pleasure to walk. A special mention goes to the restaurant of the structure: we tasted the excellent dishes of the chef prepared with local ingredients and accompanied by an excellent wine. Very good and varied buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Excellent prices for the service offered.

07/05/2025: Conosco le peschine e di solito prendo quelle a colazione, sono buonissime, le migliori di tutte , nei dintorni... Ma c'è un MA...l'ultima volta ho voluto provare la loro brioche alla panna...con mia grande sorpresa, visto il nome e la fama della pasticceria la panna non era panna vera, ma panna vegetale!!! Incredibileee, ma come mai mi chiedo? Una persona a cui piace la panna, perché dovrebbe prendere un pezzo di brioche secca , neanche fatta bene e immaginare un qualsiasi sapore all'interno? Perché la panna vegetale non sa di nulla naturalmente. Da una pasticceria che si rispetti, ci si aspettano almeno ingredienti di qualità. La prossima volta solo peschine!!!

25/05/2025: Locale abbastanza semplice, direi molto adatto per una pausa pranzo veloce, sostanziosa, buona e un prezzo direi corretto. Il menù del pranzo offre il menù del giorno però comunque puoi scegliere altre cose anche dal menù alla carta. Il servizio è veloce la qualità è buona e anche in questo caso la gentilezza fa da padrone. Se siete in zona, ve lo consiglio vivamente se volete un pranzo veloce.
