After almost a year, we returned to Cascia, and of course we couldn't miss our favorite restaurant. As always, the food was plentiful and excellent, and the staff was kind, helpful, and empathetic. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Intimate and small but truly extraordinary atmosphere. It's the third year I've been to Cascia and I regularly eat there. The food is amazing. I can't describe the quality of the ingredients. From the outside it looks like a hole in the wall, but once inside you'll change your mind. I highly recommend it and I regularly return here every year.

A day out with my family, we had lunch there at the end of our shift.
We found the atmosphere spartan, which doesn't justify the exorbitant prices of the dishes or the €18 menu.
The food was generally adequate; I had the farro soup with hints of sausage and mushrooms, which I enjoyed even though it was a small portion. The problem was the meat, a cardboard-like slice of veal.
The bread was sweet and not exactly freshly made.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

My sister introduced me to this family-run restaurant with authentic, local flavors. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the owner, Alessia, is truly five-star. I've already booked for next time.

A restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, excellent food cooked by chef Emma, and very kind and attentive staff. If you pass through Cascia, you cannot miss it, I highly recommend it.

The food is very good. I tried the farro soup, but it was more of a runny farro soup.
For service, I gave it a 1 instead of a 0 because they were very quick in bringing our dishes, but after asking for parmesan five times, they still didn't bring it, and we had to get up and go to the counter. Despite this, they brought us pecorino cheese six times after asking, which not everyone liked.
I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it's nice—wood and white brick—but it's too narrow and we get very crowded, especially in the summer when it's very hot.
