The real star, however, is the cuisine. Each dish is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, presented with flair and creativity. The wine selection is also excellent, well-curated and perfectly paired with the menu items. All in all, a complete culinary experience that I highly recommend. Welcoming atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, excellent food

A place with meticulous attention to detail, offering a menu of traditional Umbrian dishes, especially the various crostini and pork butcher's platter, grandmother's cappelletti with truffles, gnocchetti with Sagrantino, Cinta with licorice, braised beef with Montefalco Rosso, and finished with Sagrantino grappa. Excellent quality, beautiful presentation, generous portions, and prices that match. We'll definitely be back.

We had lunch here for the first time last Sunday. It's right in front of the tower and is tastefully decorated inside. The bruschetta was excellent; we had the tartare one and the pear and cocoa one! The only flaw was the service was a bit slow. We got there early, and there were only two tables when it first opened, but still, we had a long wait for our bruschetta. I would probably speed up the service a bit. Otherwise, everything was excellent; we'll be back!

The meat was excellent and the prices were average. The service was quick and friendly.
