We tried this restaurant on the advice of friends, I can say that it was a sensorial experience with 0 km food, knowledgeable and helpful staff, delicious food and a place with great attention to detail... I recommend this tavern for those who love eating quality products

So where can I start, the food is delicious so 5 stars.
Service (for some, not for me) slow, but you know those who do things in a hurry don't do them well, but those who do them slowly do them very well, so 5.
The environment is very characteristic and modern, today there is a DJ who brings the environment to life, but even when there is no music it is very beautiful and decorated, so 5.
What can I tell you, I recommend it.

Today we had lunch here by chance and we were impressed and absolutely satisfied with everything, the very welcoming and well-kept environment, the impeccable service and everyone was very kind and the food was really excellent, the bruschetta with tartare was a delight to try, there were 23 of us and all we want to return

Located directly opposite the old fortifications of Castel San Giovanni, the restaurant appears rather inconspicuous. The interior surprises with lots of wines on the walls and nicely furnished. There are some unusual dishes, such as "Il Filetto di Salmone al vino passito Sagrantino" - salmon in a red wine sauce or "BIrramisu" - a tiramisu without coffee but with beer (which didn't stand out in terms of taste).

However, on our second visit three years later on New Year's Eve, we were a bit disappointed and found the price of the menu did not correspond to the quality and the music was decidedly too loud and intrusive.

Osteria dalla tipica atmosfera della tradizione umbra con qualche rivisitazione in chiave moderna, anche nelle proposte dei piatti del menù.
Secondi piatti molto buoni (abbiamo preso la chinina in vaso cottura e il filetto di maiale), mentre super consigliati i taglieri di bruschette gourmet. Un po’ delusi dal dessert. Servizio accogliente e prezzo adeguato.

Oggi siamo stati a pranzo in questa bellissima osteria!!! Che dire la locaction arredata con gusto e pulitissima!! I piatti erano una delizia per la vista ed il palato,complimenti allo chef! Personale di sala professionale!!! Torneremo sicuramente..Consigliatissimo!!!

Quando si entra al ristorante ti accoglie un'atmosfera rilassante con in sottofondo musica software.
Ottima scelta dal menu di prodotti locali, la titolare è gentilissima.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
