It's called a tavern but it's a restaurant. Clean environment with a modern twist, attentive service, traditional dishes with some twists, well-finished and plentiful. The price is right, recommended. In my next stay in Gubbio I will definitely return.

A nice welcoming environment in the historic center, near the parking area. Good selection of wines. Nice selection of dishes with a traditional and modern flavor at the same time. Some dishes are enriched with plenty of freshly grated truffle. Optimal!

Central location for this venue. Very welcoming with a prepared and kind service. The dishes we tasted were excellent and of good quality. Right value for money. I recommend everyone to try it.

Locale che si trova in pieno centro a Gubbio. Informale ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Sardine in caltabrico, Gamberi, classici spaghettoni cacio e pepe con battuta di gamberi e lime. Maccheroni alla carbonara che posso in assoluta tranquillità definire i più buoni della mia vita. Difficile descrivere la carbonara che sembra quasi una crema. Mondiale. Ottima selezione di vini dai locali alla bolla. Prezzo più che buono. Consigliatissimo.

Ottima osteria con piatti tipici della cucina umbra: ho apprezzato in particolare il filetto all’amarena che erba veramente speciale e il friccò di pollo con bietola ripassata e verdure grigliate miste. Vino umbro speciale, Crema zabaione e tocchetti veramente speciali!personale gentile giovane e alla mano, prezzo un po’ sopra la media ma giusto per qualità della materia prima!consigliato!

29/03/2024: We went for dinner last night attracted by the good reviews from friends. It was Serpillo's evening in the dark, so the venue (already characteristic in itself) was lit with candles and soft lights, all to create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is perfectly set in the rural charm of the hamlet of Torre del Colle (municipality of Bevagna). An original menu that dares, but respects tradition at the same time. Clearly first choice ingredients! Recommended by the welcoming, kind and competent staff, we had a divine dinner, fully enjoying the evening. Thanks in particular to Matilde and Elena you made us feel at home! We will definitely be back!
21/03/2024: Very nice restaurant typical of the small medieval town in which it is located, we had dinner by candlelight with a magical atmosphere, attentive and kind staff. The taste of the food was a little disappointing.

04/12/2023: I went to this restaurant following a visit to the Lungarotti cellars, it felt like being in a starred restaurant. The maitre d' is a very competent and courteous person, while the chef cooks excellent dishes, with quality raw materials and a lot of imagination. I recommend it to anyone who is in the area

Il maitre di sala è una persona molto compente e cortese, mentre lo chef cucina dei piatti eccellenti, con materia prima di qualità e molta fantasia. Lo consiglio a chiunque si trovi in zona
