I have been to the Campagnola restaurant very often, the managers are exceptional and very polite, especially Larisa, the coffee is excellent.

A simple and modest place. The menu is comprehensive, from appetizers to coffee and liqueurs, with generous portions of delicious, local food. The owner is friendly and welcoming. I recommend it.

We went to eat at this restaurant while our daughter was at the Umbria Che Spacca concert, with the excuse of spending some time and exploring the center of Perugia. My daughter chose the restaurant purely based on the reviews, as we're from Teramo, Abruzzo, and weren't familiar with the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the service. The restaurant was also clean and welcoming, airy, and very old, making it charming. The owner was very kind and approachable. We ordered an antipasti platter with panzanella, followed by a shared plate of ravioli with tomato sauce for the first course and a plate of handmade tortiglioni with white ragù and mushrooms for the second course. For the second course, we ordered Chianina beef and black pig sausages, served with bread, a side of tomatoes and salad, Umbrian white wine, and coffee, grappa, and bitters. The total cost was €56 for two people, absolutely worth it. If we ever return to Perugia, we'll definitely stop by again!

Restaurants like these are becoming increasingly rare. This is a truly wonderful restaurant, thanks to the owner's heart, who treats us like regulars, like family. It was very frustrating not being able to answer him in Italian. The menu is a surprise; you just have to trust him and savor the delicious, authentic cuisine of this country girl. After two weeks spent in northern Italy, then in Tuscany, eating out for lunch and dinner, it was here in Umbria that we received the warmest welcome, ate the best food, and truly fell in love with a place. A marvelous meal. Thank you, sir, please stay just as you are!

Our best restaurant experience in Italy – no exaggeration. We were the first guests around 7:30 pm and received an incredibly warm welcome. Communication was a mix of gestures, smiles, and good-natured chatter – and that's precisely what made the evening so special. You can immediately sense the genuine passion behind the restaurant. The family that runs it, and especially the waiter, are a delight – as friendly, attentive, and authentic as you could wish for. We felt completely at ease from the very first moment. And the food? Every course was simply outstanding. Fresh, incredibly delicious, and prepared with so much love. As the evening progressed, the restaurant filled up completely – mostly with locals, which is always a good sign. Hardly any tourists, just genuine Italian flair. For us, it's clear: the best place in Perugia. You have to embrace this unique experience – then it will be unforgettable. Five courses for only €28 – absolutely incredible. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.
