A truly great restaurant. The only downside for me is the QR code for the menu; I'd prefer a "real" menu (my phone doesn't always get a signal).

Saw it by passing by and then recommended by a friend, and tonight I had a dream pizza at Sella! But I have to be honest, the welcome focaccia with olive oil and rosemary alone made me realize how serious these guys are. Congratulations on everything. Marco

Magnificent and welcoming place! The staff is excellent, polite, and friendly. The manager is efficient, welcoming, and knows what he's doing! We went to celebrate our son's confirmation. Four years ago, we also celebrated our other son's confirmation there! The food is truly delicious! Everything is delicious and excellent. The millefeuille dessert was out of this world! I highly recommend it! It's worth a visit, you won't regret it! It has traditional dishes and reasonable prices! Kudos to the entire staff for their commitment and dedication!

Great place for a Sunday evening with the family. The appetizers were very generous and the pizzas were delicious; you could tell the ingredients were fresh and high-quality! The place is very charming and quiet, nestled in the Umbrian countryside. The staff was helpful and friendly, and above all, everyone was very friendly!

06/04/2026: We stumbled upon this lovely osteria by chance and were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The à la carte menu is rich in choice, and all the dishes we tried were satisfying. For dessert, we recommend the chocolate cake with a warm heart: excellent!

And what can I say about the service: we were literally pampered by Alessio, who assisted us in the best possible way throughout the dinner. Always present, but never intrusive. Thanks also to the owner for his kindness and professionalism: the beauty and sophistication of Osteria dell'Olmo are undoubtedly thanks to him. From now on, we know where to go for an excellent meal when we come to Umbria! Believe me, I've been to restaurants/osterie all over Italy: this one is truly top-notch. Highly recommended!
