Finally at Giorgione!! Exactly what we thought and hoped for: a family atmosphere, excellent food, and the appetizer buffet is delicious. There's only one flaw, which I confessed to the owner: it's a bit too far from us, since we live in Milan... but then, thinking about it, I think that's also a plus. 🤗 Long live Umbria!

We booked a while ago because there's a lot of demand.
When we arrived, a friendly waiter showed us to our table.
Set menu:
A truly generous appetizer buffet with typical local dishes. Naturally, everything was always replenished. Two first courses: pappardelle with ragù and strozzapreti with wild herbs and sausage.
Two second courses: guinea fowl with roast potatoes and pork neck with salad.
Trio of desserts: panna cotta, torta della nonna, and chocolate brownie.
Everything was delicious, well-seasoned. Nothing was out of place. Giorgione, the owner, was a fantastic person who chatted with everyone at the table and was also happy to take souvenir photos.

Just released, an experience you absolutely must try!
Fixed menu for €40, many traditional dishes that have been lost (at least in restaurants), made to perfection, with quality ingredients.
Giorgione is exquisite, he indulges a lot, extremely friendly and active in the restaurant... a resounding slap in the face to the superstar chefs!
