What a pleasure to have tried Giorgione's cuisine! I was afraid of excessively heavy seasonings (I always and only use the famous "drizzle of oil") but that wasn't the case! I ate very well. A very pleasant “home” cuisine! Spectacular, rich and varied appetizer buffet (tripe, tomato soup, stews, salads, cured meats, cheeses...), two generous first courses, two tastings of second courses with side dishes and a trio of desserts. Giorgione very nice and welcoming.

The buffet starter could in itself already be worth the cost of the fixed menu: exceptional cold cuts, cheeses, tripe and liver pâté. The other courses are surprises and change depending on the season. Giorgione is like on TV: genuine and free-range!

Rustic place where fantastic people work who make you feel at home. Excellent and abundant dishes as per tradition with a huge buffet of appetizers which "unfortunately" we missed!!! :)
Thanks to Giorgio, his wife and all the staff for the wonderful experience they offered us!!!
PS: without reservation you will hardly be able to find a place...

Chi va Alla Via di Mezzo lo fa per fare un'esperienza, per mangiare fino allo sfinimento e per andare via sorridenti dopo qualche battuta con l'oste....Giorgione!
Sicuramente la qualità non è eccelsa visti i numeri che produce, i prezzi decisamente alla mano e noi siamo andati via felici dopo due battute e qualche foto con Giorgione.
Prenotare è stato un'impresa e lo stesso aspettare fino alla data fatidica.

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo minuto e abbiamo trovato posto . Posto fantastico mangiare ottimo accoglienza strepitosa. Piatti ben curati ed abbondanza di tutto Giorgio e una garanzia simpatico e disponibile continuate così bravi ancora
