Simply TOP. Excellent food. Excellent service. Giorgione goes around the tables to make sure everything is running smoothly, bringing his friendly touch. We came all the way from Trentino to try it. It was worth it. Highly recommended.

Finally at Giorgione!! Exactly what we thought and hoped for: a family atmosphere, excellent food, and the appetizer buffet is delicious. There's only one flaw, which I confessed to the owner: it's a bit too far from us, since we live in Milan... but then, thinking about it, I think that's also a plus. 🤗 Long live Umbria!

We booked a while ago because there's a lot of demand.
When we arrived, a friendly waiter showed us to our table.
Set menu:
A truly generous appetizer buffet with typical local dishes. Naturally, everything was always replenished. Two first courses: pappardelle with ragù and strozzapreti with wild herbs and sausage.
Two second courses: guinea fowl with roast potatoes and pork neck with salad.
Trio of desserts: panna cotta, torta della nonna, and chocolate brownie.
Everything was delicious, well-seasoned. Nothing was out of place. Giorgione, the owner, was a fantastic person who chatted with everyone at the table and was also happy to take souvenir photos.
