13/02/2024: Pranzo di ricarica per continuare la giornata sugli sci perfetto! Piatto dello sciatore- patate con uova e bacon, ravioli di pasta fatta in casa, tagliatelle al ragù di cervo e infine strudel tutto spazzolato!!!servizio perfetto simpatici ed accoglienti anche i bambini vestiti da carnevale😍!ottima ricarica per ripartire!
12/02/2024: Esperienza molto negativa. Ci siamo fermati per mangiare poche cose e se non mangiavamo affatto era meglio. Abbiamo ordinato 3 patate fritte, solo una con maionese ( specifica data su richiesta della cameriera) e 1 cotoletta con patate fritte ( specificato senza maionese/ketchup). Ci è arrivato tutto con maionese e ketchup…abbondante. Pazienza … le patate erano crude e la cotoletta piena d’olio … aggiungo che per le patate fritte non ci hanno portato neanche una salvietta.
Abbiamo segnalato le mancanze sulle comande e sulla qualità delle patate perciò questa recensione non sarà una completa sorpresa… speriamo la usino per migliorarsi … ma noi comunque non ci torneremo

19/02/2025: Vergogna. Niente prezzi nel locale. Una sfogliatella frolla al prezzo di 3 euro, ed era anche del giorno prima. Un babà mignon 1,80 euro.

The saleswoman was very rude: "It's already closed"
and started clearing out the shelves in front of me!

15/08/2026: A peaceful place, surrounded by vineyards, with a spectacular view of the Catinaccio. Here you can experience the true mountain atmosphere, far from the chaos and with the opportunity for beautiful hikes in the nearby Ciamin Valley. We had a wonderful time, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The apartment was large, comfortable, and clean. We left our hearts here. But we'll be back! Thank you!!!

An absolute gem in Bolzano!
Talvera is an amazing spot — the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a truly beautiful setting that makes you want to stay for hours. The view is absolutely stunning, especially if you’re lucky enough to catch a sunny day. The coffee was rich and full of flavor, and the cake was just delicious — perfectly fresh and full of taste. It’s the kind of place that makes you appreciate the simple joys of good food, great coffee, and a lovely view. Definitely a must-visit in Bolzano!
