Excellent rest, if you want to spend a beautiful moment, served and pampered by an excellent chef, as well as by his wife, with two Michelin stars, at a very good price and with dream dishes, stop by this place. Super recommended

Moreno and Samanta welcome us, today 2 March 2024, with empathy and warmth, presenting us with the dishes of the day... For me, it's about making a good impression on Antonella... Objective achieved, quality dishes, from the appetizer to an exceptional mixed grill of fish. Sweet just for me, Antonella is ecstatic and satisfied. You go to L'Uva e il malto to eat well, or rather VERY GOOD, but for me it's much, much more... it's going to eat at Samanta and Moreno's house, because, even though the restaurant is full, with them you you feel like family, pampered. Samanta, very nice, welcomes you with a big smile, puts you at ease, as a great expert she can recommend the best wine for the occasion. Moreno, despite being very busy in the kitchen, passes by very discreetly for the tables to make sure everything is fine. The evening is over, there are only us left, it would be their right to send you away by kindly handing you the receipt but no, they stop with us for a few minutes to talk about this and that while offering us a drink. Go home to Samanta and Moreno, you won't regret it...

It was very delicious (seafood, wine, desserts!), cozy, super hospitably, really great restaurant. If we are in Grosseto again, it is the first place to eat:) P.S. Napoleon was just perfect, and the other desserts too🤩

Excellent and welcoming food like being at home

Grapes and Malt is a guarantee. The quality of the products can be felt from the first taste, excellent raw materials and a vast choice of wine. It is the third time that my family and I have gone to eat at this restaurant, the last time for Christmas lunch, we left satisfied and full to the right degree. The owner and the waitresses are very welcoming and helpful, they pamper customers making them feel at home. Five stars more than deserved!

Una serata in compagnia di un caro amico, accolti dal sorriso di Samanta e Moreno che ci hanno consigliato in un ventaglio di piatti squisiti e vini di alta qualità.Il tutto in un ambiente curato e accogliente..... sono uscita con la voglia di tornare il prima possibile per far vivere queste emozioni anche ai miei figli ❤️ Complimenti

Sono stata in questo ristorante molto bello con veri esperti di pesce siciliani. Abbiamo trovato una originalità nel menù realizzato con materie prime eccellenti, ed una accoglienza davvero calda e generosa. Direi il migliore in città!

Ambiente intimo, accogliente, arredato con gusto. Cibo di alta qualità preparato con cura e sapienza. Servizio impeccabile, puntuale e mai invadente. Cantina ben assortita, dessert deliziosi. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bravissimi +++++++++
