The atmosphere is very basic, but with a beautiful wood-fired oven. It's very popular, so reservations are always recommended. The pizzas are excellent, with many options on the menu, including Sardinian-inspired ones (some with bottarga, fresh sausage, or Sardinian cheeses). The crust is quite thin and easy to digest. Service is fast and friendly, with plenty of young, energetic staff. We'll be back to try other specialties.... Not to be underestimated: the final bill is really good, and parking is easy, free in the surrounding streets!

Good pizza, but adding €20 to two Capricciosa pizzas for adding some asparagus (about 10 pieces) seems excessive to me. That is, ONLY the two Capricciosa pizzas are €37...be careful when you go to check...free parking. To be precise, we ordered: one appetizer of crostini only, two Capricciosa pizzas with one additional ingredient (asparagus), one water, one small Coke, and one coffee. Total €60.50...to align with other pizzerias in the area, as they aren't gourmet pizzas...

04/05/2026: The staff is always available and very courteous. The dishes are plentiful and of excellent quality. Compliments for the pici all'aglione and the wild boar. The prices are in line with the quality of the food. Another thing not to be missed is the chestnut jam.
03/05/2026: I had lunch at Barilotto with my family and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. The food was excellent, authentic, and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. The house red wine was very good, and the prices were average. I recommend booking well in advance as the place isn't very large and is always very busy. If I ever return to Santa Fiora, I will definitely have lunch here again. A special shout out to Mario, a nice, kind, and helpful guy.
