Cozy fusion restaurant with some creativity and generally good taste. Price is reasonable. However the white tartar that I ordered is NOT fresh, causing me bad stomach the day after.

In occasione dei miei 30 anni, decidiamo per la prima volta di provare il Sushi alla carta, invogliati anche dal 20 % di sconto usufruibile tramite The Fork. Locale molto carino e romantico, il menù ha diverse proposte, qualcuna anche sofisticata. Parto con ordine: Bao Salmon, molto buono, piccante al punto giusto con la sua salsa; una porzione di Gyoza con la carne ed una porzione di Gyoza misti: non abbiamo mai mangiato dei ravioli così buoni, erano un qualcosa di assurdo, c'erano quelli con la carne di maiale, le verdure, i gamberi, uno più buono dell'altro; Black Udon: una rivisitazione della carbonara con tagliolini al nero di seppia, gamberi, guanciale, uovo e katzubushi, molto particolare, mi è piaciuto tanto. Gli uramaki che abbiamo preso erano ottimi, chi più chi meno, ma tutti di un livello qualitativamente superiore. Camerieri molto servizievoli ed esperienza da rifare, anche solo per riprovare i loro Gyoza!

Oltre all’ottimo cibo, sono stati veramente attenti alle esigenze del cliente… avevamo prenotato una consegna alle 22.45 (cosa che loro non fanno) perché eravamo ad uno spettacolo, ebbene hanno aspettato che tornassimo a casa per farci la miglior consegna possibile. Che dire GRAZIE
