Is this supposed to be delicious...?? I think Korean beef would be much tastier. For starters, it was so tough that I couldn't even finish it. I hadn't eaten well throughout the trip, so I could have enjoyed anything I ate... ㅠㅠ This place was just disappointment lol. It's way too overrated. Its name is Trattoria Dall'Oste; you can find it by looking for the large cleaver sign outside the main entrance. Moreover, the restaurant was named one of the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants in 2023, and the award certificate is posted at the main entrance—it feels so professional! 😱 ✨️Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately saw rows and rows of fresh beef cuts neatly arranged with certificates alongside, like an exhibition hall for us travelers to admire! 😱 Seeing the incredibly fresh beef made me quite hungry! 🤭 ✨️However, this time we came in more for pasta than steak, so we ordered a Tortelli di patate Mugellani al ragu di Chianina battuto al coltelollo and a Gnocchi di patate ai 5 formaggi. The restaurant provides bread before the meal, which can be enjoyed with vinegar 👍 ✨️Gnocchi di patate ai 5 formaggi (Five-Layer Cheese Italian Potato Pasta Dumplings) are quite unique, resembling small dumplings from a dessert shop. The aroma of cheese is incredibly rich, perfect for cheese lovers. The texture is soft and fluffy, with both flour and potato flavors—very interesting and unique 😱. However, don't be fooled by the seemingly small portion; the cheese is so concentrated that you'll feel quite full after just half of it 🤭 ✨️Tortelli di patate Mugellani al ragu di Chianina battuto al For the coltelollo, we chose the beef cubes, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tender, juicy, and fluffy the beef cubes were. They had a wonderfully rich beef flavor and were delicious. I finished the beef cubes before trying the Italian dumplings. Although the ravioli only comes in four pieces, each one is filled with generous amounts of filling! 👍 Each one truly showcases the chef's skillful craftsmanship. 🤗 ✨️Regarding the price, it's about the same as other restaurants, and I personally think they're all reasonably priced. The meat was tender and didn't have any unpleasant smell, and the spaghetti and spinach were delicious. I am satisfied.

We made a reservation, so we were able to enter right away. If you look for blogs, Koreans can easily find discounted reservations through open KakaoTalk chat rooms, so I recommend making a reservation before you come! The T-bone steak was delicious, and my mom liked it. We ordered a set menu, but the portions were quite large for two women. Eating it with spinach helped cut through the richness, which was nice.

I came to Florence for a family trip with my 11-year-old son. I ordered medium rare, and the cooking was just right—it was so delicious!! My son kept giving me double thumbs up, saying how good it was. The wine paired perfectly with the steak, which I think made the meal even better. It was especially great pairing with the spicy tomato spaghetti; it cut through the richness and was just perfect!! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, so I had a very pleasant dining experience. I will definitely come back next time I visit Florence!

The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was very good but I recommend ordering it a bit on the rare-er side, ours ended up being about 50% almost well done when we ordered medium. There was also an odd smell in the whole area by the train station that stayed inside the restaurant but other than that it was a good meal

Delicious steak. I also recommend the chicory side and the trifle for desert. Service was top notch.

The steak, pasta, and wine were all perfect. Everything on the menu recommended by the staff suited our taste, and even the complimentary tiramisu was wonderful. It was one of the most satisfying restaurants I visited in Italy!
