Environment: The restaurant's decor felt clean and upscale.
Service: The staff were very kind and proactive.
Food: One dish featured bread spread with beef liver, which was delicious.
The cheese and ham were also tasty.
However, the main focus was on the steak, but the steak was just average. There were no surprises, but it wasn't bad either; it was passable. You can eat there if you're passing by, but don't make a special trip just to eat there.
The steak itself wasn't too tender, and it had a beef flavor, but it wasn't smooth enough.
We thought a T-bone wouldn't be enough for four people, so we ordered a ribeye, pasta, fries, and salad, which was just the right amount for four. As expected, the T-bone was better than the ribeye. The ribeye was all my husband and me (sob). At this restaurant, if you use the 'Abe' menu—which starts with 'The,' goes 'Po' in the middle, and ends with 'Keu'—you can save about 20 cents.

The staff are so friendly and the food is delicious!
Koreans can easily make reservations in Korean via open chat! I highly recommend the Florence T-bone steak :) The tiramisu for dessert is also fantastic!

We made a reservation through an open KakaoTalk chat room and ordered the set menu for two, and it is the best value for money...!
The meat at another restaurant yesterday was too tough, but I definitely acknowledge this place as a T-bone steak hotspot.
I'm so glad I was able to eat a proper T-bone steak before leaving Florence!
I recommend the T-bone steak over the pasta.
It's delicious. This is the best place for T-bone steak. All Koreans, please come here!

I visited after making a reservation on the same day! The set menu was well-composed, and the staff asked about everything without me having to ask and took care of me, so I felt very comfortable. I heard the steak portion was large, so I chose the salad as a side, which I think was a must. The Aglio Olio was also packed with peperoncino, so it was spicy and not greasy at all. Drinks are optional, but it seemed like they served wine by default! If you want a carbonated drink, it would be best to mention it before they open it. Still, it was delicious and a great experience, living up to its reputation.

One of the best, or even the best, restaurants in Florence. Many food options (the pasta is fantastic), good atmosphere and good service. I leave a special thank you to Mr. Giuseppe, the best waiter in the world, not only for knowing how to serve but also for knowing how to be on the other side of the counter. We visited Trattoria Dall’Oste with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to them.
The steak was disappointing—it arrived cold and lacked flavor. We’ve definitely had much better steak elsewhere, especially considering Florence is known for it.
We also tried the fettuccine with truffle. The presentation was very cool and fun to watch, which we appreciated, but by the time the preparation was finished, the pasta had become too cold. On top of that, the truffle flavor wasn’t as strong or noticeable as we expected.
Overall, while the concept and presentation were interesting, the food itself fell short for us.
