18/10/2025: Super cute place behind Santa Croce! A bookstore that's also a restaurant and bar, with a quiet atmosphere and plenty of books everywhere. The vegetarian and vegan food is really good (even for non-vegans!), with carefully prepared and light dishes. We had three first courses, two second courses, wine, three desserts, and three coffees—all excellent and only €29 each. The service was kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

15/09/2025: Incredible food, good service and beautiful surroundings! Highly recommend the carbonara with zucchini flowers! Another plus is the cute friendly goat that walks around villa senni estate. He was not in the restaurant of course, but we said hello and got to pet him a little when going for an after-lunch-walk.

14/09/2025: Our stay at Villa Rigacci was simply perfect. The location is excellent – about an hour to an hour and a half from many major sites, and only 30 minutes from Chianti and the Monticello forest. The hotel itself looks exactly like what you imagine when dreaming of a beautiful Tuscan experience. charming, authentic, and inviting. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel restaurant was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip in Italy. What truly made the difference was the staff – always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. At checkout, we were even surprised to see they didn’t charge us for a night we missed due to a delayed flight, without us even asking. A perfect experience – thank you!

14/09/2025: An absolutely amazing and delightful experience! If you’re looking for an authentic Tuscan villa in a fantastic location, this is the place to stay. The owner and manager are truly wonderful- so accommodating and welcoming, we felt right at home. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely return.

23/08/2025: An Irish pub open until dawn! Perhaps because there's a hostel right in front, I saw a lot of travelers from all over the world. Perhaps because it's so wine-centric, it had a pub vibe that's hard to find in Italy :)

12/08/2025: Beautiful, modern winery. The woman who took over the winery was brilliant; she was very knowledgeable and exuded passion. The wines we tasted were truly excellent, paired with cured meats, cheeses, and olive oil. I recommend it to all Chianti lovers!

29/07/2025: I was here with a friend through a reservation with Smartbox, which included a tasting of three glasses of wine accompanied by a sampling of local olive oil and salami and cheese paired with the wines served. The woman explained the entire history of the winery to us and was truly impeccable in her explanations of the wines. We took a tour of the cellar, seeing the various processes involved in creating the various types of wine. She showed us where they keep the concrete and wooden barrels and where the wine is transferred between the various processes. The wine was good, and we went home with a nice purchase.

09/10/2025: Not a lot of flavor choices, but the ice cream is creamy and very generous. The price is a bit high compared to other ice cream shops, but it's very good.

03/10/2025: Their raspberry was the best we had in Florence but their pistachio was the worst’s one I’ve had here.

The atmosphere was great 👍 The swordfish carpaccio, paired with salad greens, fresh fennel, and pink grapefruit, was exquisite — the peppercorns added a delightful burst of flavor with each bite. The main course, Millefoglie di Cecina, a refined tower of codfish layered with chickpeas, spinach, and a velvety purple cabbage purée, proved to be another remarkable surprise The beef tenderloin, paired with foie gras, created a perfect harmony of flavors on the palate

25/08/2025: A guaranteed pleasant evening for several years now. Jozef makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and always spot-on wine recommendations. Go if you haven't tried it, and come back if you haven't been in a while.

02/09/2025: Very nice place, very well stocked, but they are totally overpricing: we were offered a bottle for €100 or another for €115. The wine was good but absolutely not extraordinary compared to the price of the bottle. Unfortunately, it is a tourist trap and not a traditional enoteca.

14/09/2025: I went to this place a few days ago with my relatives who go often and I have to say everything was good, from the fried mushrooms to the Florentine steak, truly superb, the waiter really kind and friendly, and the rest of the staff, I will definitely go back and I recommend it for good meat.
