13/05/2026: Wonderful family-owned focacceria and panineira with super friendly service and warm vibes - with incredible authentic Toscany food outside the main areas in Firenze. The papardelle with wild boar was absolutely superb, along with the bean crostinis. Also ordered the affettati misti e formaggio, with was also amazing, tender and full of flavour. Da Quei Ragazzi translates to: "From the guys/boys", and it truly does feel from the heart! Definitely a place to check out off the beaten path! Fully recommend!

14/05/2026: We collaborated with the Pasticceria for our wedding cake. We chose the four-tier fruit cake with Chantilly cream. It was a wonderful cake, we finished it all! Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

14/05/2026: The best pizza I've ever had! I ordered the prosciutto and burrata. We were in Florence for two nights, came here the first day, and it was a must to come back the second. The waiter's service was fantastic. We spent €36 on two pizzas and two drinks.

13/04/2026: Update: April 13th, I decided to try this place again and it was extremely busy but shockingly, the customer service was much better. I'm not sure what my server's name was but he was both awesome and handsome. I ordered nonna's chicken cutlet and it was quite tasty and light. I also had a limonchello spritz which was amazing and light. Despite the busy crowd, this was overall a great experience. Strolled in today around 2pm. I was greeted by a kind hostess who also seated me. I sat for over 5 mins and no one greeted me, offered water, or at least say someone would be right with me. I of course left. I came due to word of mouth and the reviews, unfortunately, I guess I won't know how great the food is. Don't let my experience be the reason you don't try this place.

13/04/2026: I ordered a Margherita pizza, Vongole Gnocchi, and Zero Coke. This was the most disappointing meal I had on the seventh day of my trip to Italy. Based on the price range and reviews, I expected a certain level of quality, but all the main dishes fell short of expectations. The Margherita was overcooked, and the dough was tough rather than chewy. The tomato sauce tasted like store-bought sauce, and the cheese lacked richness. The gnocchi and the Vongole sauce seemed to be completely separate, and the texture was poor, as if they had been boiled from a frozen state. Since it is a restaurant targeting tourists, it seems they focus on catering to one-time customers. In fact, when I visited during lunchtime, there didn't seem to be any locals, and I saw a tourist at the next table complaining, leaving their food uneaten, and paying the bill without even asking the server if they wanted it packed up. For 10.50 euros, you can easily find a better Margherita pizza. Please keep in mind that this review is based on my personal taste, and if you visit, I strongly advise against ordering the gnocchi.

16/05/2026: Excellent ice cream. Many flavors and every one we tried was delicious. Mandarin and orange, mixed with creamy cream classica was a perfect mix I recommend 👌

05/05/2026: Nice place to eat, with tables outside. I was with 2 my small kids. We ordered risotto fungi porting, gnocchi and seafood pasta. Risotto was good, with a kit of mushrooms. Though portion was not very big. For me it was OK, but for some people might be a disappointment. Pasta was very spicy. With a lot of seafood. But fish pieces were also with bones, which is not good for children. Also nobody told me that it is so hot, considering an order for children. Also toilet is not good for small children: no seat, an opening is too big. Toilet was one of the reason to stay there as kids need it, but it is not really suitable for small girls. Coperto is 3€ per person.

05/05/2026: Wow! What a perfect experience, from food to service to ambience! Our Albanian server gave us the best service in Italy. Grazie! He was kind, quick and answered questions with a smile and wisdom - I cannot recommend this place enough! The homemade pasta and the decor make it even more worth visiting. Cristina has created the best restaurant in Florence! Bellissima!!!

11/03/2026: Rich texture and flavors. Get milk, caramelized fig or the lavender one if you want something light, unique, and not too sweet. Get walnut or coffee to get the thick creamy flavor.

09/05/2026: This was the first place my husband and I ate in Florence, and it turned out to be such an amazing find! The schiacciata was so good that we came back later that same evening after our cooking class for another one. I ordered the Schiacciafocco both times because I loved it so much. My husband ordered the Caprese. The staff were wonderful, including the friendly owner, who was still working hard and greeting customers warmly after a long day. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Florence and want a delicious, authentic meal!

16/05/2026: We made a reservation for 8 at 9 pm. The restaurant was quite full. We were seated upstairs in a lovely, beautifully decorated room. There was a small issue with a wine we ordered (we wanted a €26 bottle, but they brought us one that cost €60). Once we opened the door, they explained the mistake. It was great that the restaurant took responsibility and brought us the wine we had ordered. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

07/05/2026: The best food I had in Florence. Excellent value for money; everything was amazing—the cured meats, the bread, the mozzarella cheese, all incredible and very reasonably priced, super cheap! I would definitely go back if I returned to Florence; highly recommended. The only downside was that there was a bit of a queue and it moved a little slowly, but it was worth the wait.

06/05/2026: We discovered Amorini while walking from the hotel to the Duomo. They had a wide variety of flavors, the service was efficient, and the prices were fair. I recommend it!
