I returned after almost twenty years, for a childhood memory, and I did very well! Just behind Piazza della Signoria, you can enjoy authentic Florentine cuisine, with the classic crostini with lard, with liver pâté, then moving on to wild boar with polenta and an excellent Fiorentina cooked to perfection, all accompanied by excellent Chianti. Very kind staff, bill appropriate to the high quality of the experience, we will definitely return again, highly recommended!

One of the best pastas we ate on the trip. The flavor of the sauce and the consistency of the pasta were excellent. We ordered the “I PACCHERI DEL MACELLAIO” and “LE FETTUCCINE MAREMMANE”. The tiramisu was also worth it. The best we've ever eaten.

Cozy traditional restaurant in the center of Florence. All dishes are delicious especially the salads. The staff were friendly and attentive.

They recommended this restaurant to us and we ate an excellent Florentine steak at a very affordable price. We were so satisfied that we decided to try the first courses the next day too. 5 stars well deserved!

Ci sono stato a pranzo con la mia fidanzata. Belll'accoglienza e servizio molto gentile! Abbiamo scelto x lei gnocchi e per me cinghiale con polenta, piatti davvero molto buoni e abbondanti! Tanti avventori. Ripide le scale per raggiungere la buca... Conto direi onesto! Lo consiglio.
