18/03/2025: Magnificent villa surrounded by greenery, unfortunately we ended up on a rainy day so we couldn't enjoy the outside but the inside is also very beautiful, characteristic and well-kept. Not too wide a menu choice, typical Tuscan dishes, homemade pasta, attention to raw materials, generous portions, everything delicious. The service is also excellent. Prices in line with the service and quality offered.

08/04/2025: I am a bit disappointing about the food, and also confused about how there is an overall 4.6 rating - it feels like I’ve been tricked… orz The staff explained the menus to us alright, and the environment was homely. Maybe the Pasta Alfredo is their best dish (most 5 stars review had) which I didn’t choose. I had the white meat sauce pasta on the special menu: The portion was big enough, however, the dish tasted like catering for boarding school - pasta was a bit overcooked and the meat sauce was bland and dry. Perhaps it was once a great restaurant which served amazing food, but what I got was opposite of what I expected for the price I paid. A generous amount of cheese was provided, it’s maybe for a reason. This made me rethink how I see restaurants and Google reviews. Do think before you want to try this out.

07/04/2025: We found this trattoria by chance, and it was a truly great discovery... the food was excellent and plentiful, the service was excellent... and Alfredo was a truly talented owner who made us feel at home!!!

14/03/2025: The best Ravioli I have ever had…we ordered the “Cheese and pear "Raviolino" with Parmigiano Reggiano cream” and the Spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce and basil for our entrees and then ordered another “Cheese and pear "Raviolino" with Parmigiano Reggiano cream” for dessert lol it is that good…I promise you will not be disappointed and you will be back for

22/03/2025: If you want to be considered idiots, this is the right place 😉. We entered, there was no one at the entrance except some guys standing at the counter, we asked them but they were just customers. There were no instructions to order: no one told us that we had to get up and go to the counter and no QR code, so we waited calmly at the table. After 10 minutes we heard exactly these words from the two owners/bartenders (or whatever you want to call them): "have those guys already ordered?" "Come on, they are two idiots, think that they confused two guys with us!!". If this is what it takes to be called idiots, I wonder how a professional innkeeper who yells at two customers that they are idiots should be called😂😂😂

22/03/2025: Fantastic place to visit in Florence. Food was very fresh and delicious, and was a big portion for the price. Even the wine was a lot! Owners were friendly and kind, they happily took photos with us when I asked! My family loved the vibe in the restaurant, and the lampredotto is a must to eat here!

05/04/2025: The boy behind the counter, if a customer asked for coffee, cannot immediately tell his colleague that the coffee machine must be removed, it's bad.

28/03/2025: Excellent service, quality food, good and served in truly abundant quantities. We had a Tullio appetizer that seemed never ending, slightly different from other typical Tuscan appetizers because it also included fried sage and other delicacies, and then the inevitable Prussiana. We left the restaurant happy and full.

25/03/2025: As for the ambience, I would have given it a 5 for my tastes, a "high-level trattoria" without frills and/or frills that catch the eye but then repay them either in the quality of the food or in the bill. The food 🔝🔝🔝 the fried steak is wonderful. The service was sociable and respectful and I really liked it for someone like me who was his "first". The price in line with all this.

31/03/2025: Ho mangiato pesce in questo bel ristorante appena sopra le colline.. piatti ben presentati e fatti veramente bene.. un po troppa attesa tra l antipasto e il primo che con un bambini piccolo non è proprio consigliabile ma, si sa! La domenica a pranzo c'è un po piu di traffico da dover mettere in conto... buinissimo il polpo dell antipasto e il riso al nero di seppia anche se risultava un po salatino... i secondi, il tonno in crosta ottimo e la frittura di pesce buona... pochi piatti nella scelta ma fatti bene, questo è un ottimo ristorante del mugello per poter mangiare anche del pesce.
