We wanted to eat something typical but easy for our day in Florence, tripe, tortellacci with lampredotto Cacciatora and phenomenal lampredotto meatballs. Everything was very tasty and done with care, a spartan but welcoming environment and top service from the owner and chef. I highly recommend

Found this little gem of a place serving wonderful food in a place I can only describe as a home from home. Great lads running the place who deserve all the best of success! They left me a list of places to visit to eat and we are currently sitting in one of there recommended places having pizza and I’m in love with it already! Thank you guys!

Delicious tripe dish, perfect paired with bread. The boss introduced me very enthusiastically and finally treated me to a glass of distilled wine. Highly recommended street food.

It takes about 10 minutes to get there by bus from Florence tourist attractions. It's a bit far to walk, but it's worth the walk. This place sells tripe dishes and somehow feels like a snack shop in the area. There is a manager who speaks good English, so you can get good guidance. There are several menus, and I ate the menu with sausage in red sauce. Among the menus, there is a menu similar to Korean braised beef ribs, and I think I will eat that menu if I go back. You can choose one of two sizes. If you choose the larger size, you can eat enough for an adult male. The price is around 10 euros and I think takeout is available, so I recommend takeout if possible. If you eat it at the store, you eat it with bread, but the bread is hard and difficult to eat. Also, due to the nature of the dish, I think that if you mix it with Hetbahn, it will almost taste like Korean food. There is a slight smell of tripe, but it feels like it was cooked naturally without forcing the smell. It was a unique dish, and I would like to emphasize once again that you should try it with Hetbahn!
