17/03/2026: The restaurant is in an exceptional location with a stunning view of Florence. As for the food, I have to say it was all delicious (especially the steak, made with quality cuts, one of the best in Florence). My only complaint concerns the pasta dishes: for the prices, the portions aren't adequate. I wonder what it costs a restaurant to throw away an extra 30-40g of pasta. Make a good impression on your customers and you'll still make money. The same goes for the desserts. I ordered a cheesecake and they brought me a tiny slice. Overall, there's room for improvement. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. The food is very good, considering the fairly high prices.

16/03/2026: I asked for a T-bone steak and a light dish, but due to what seemed like a communication error, they gave me pasta instead. However, all the food tasted good. It was a shame I couldn't fully enjoy the pasta because I was already full. Still, it was a good experience. Recommended.

15/03/2026: The bistecca (steak) is ordered in 1.2kg portions, so I was worried whether the two of us could finish it, but the meat was so tender and delicious that we finished it in no time. If I have the chance to come to Florence again, I would definitely like to go there.

23/01/2026: Incredible atmosphere. Streetside in a little plaza, great for feeling the non touristy energy of the city. Lunch crowd is all local guys, lots of construction workers. You order and eat while it’s hot, then go back to the stand to pay. Spectacular flavor and texture of the lampredotto, it’s like a taco de tripa if you put it in a fluffy crusty bun. Will be craving this a lot from now on.

03/10/2025: We spent a perfect evening here. The food was cooked just right. We ordered the fish tartare, shrimp pasta, fish fillet with fried potatoes, and tiramisu. Everything was prepared beautifully. The restaurant is located on the rooftop (5th floor) of the hotel, offering an unobstructed view of Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria. The atmosphere is young, lively, and trendy, with a DJ playing urban/tech music, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The service was outstanding! At the front desk, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly lady with dark curly hair. Once upstairs, every staff member was both professional and kind. They even treated us to a few shots to celebrate our first visit to Florence. Truly an unforgettable experience! We will be back❤️

03/10/2025: I booked an event dinner with 1 year advance notice and lots of communication as well as advance payment to have the table set with appatizers and drinks upon arrival. We ariived to have to wait for our table and then they had put our table split into two tables and in the corner not where we had discussed. Food was served so slowly and one table was finished where the second table was waiting over an hour for main dishs. The celebration I had worked do hard to plan was a disaster. DO NOT PLAN for a group and expect the plans to be honored. I will never return.

13/03/2026: The reason im not giving a 5 stars because something happened not only with us but with others on an another table, we asked for 1.2kg of bistecca the waiter came back with a piece of 1.6kg, and even though i told him its 400g more than what i asked almost 50€… he sais its fine its only 400g we cant cut it precise. Now i know that it can be 100g more or less when cutting such a piece but 400 g thats a big margin… but otherwise the food was good and service was good too👍🏻

08/10/2025: Very friendly waitress who is trying to learn French and speaks English well. Many people come to pick up takeout. There were 2 of us eating there. Be careful when it says spicy, it really is spicy. Very good Indian food.

27/02/2026: FABULOUS ITALIAN LUNCH ! This was our first visit to Europe and at this point we were about half way through our 2 week vacation in beautiful Italy. Our private limo driver Martin ( arranged by our travel agent ) picked us up at the Hotel Berchielli in Florence at 9am in the morning for the 110 km drive to our Airbnb apartment in Bologna....home for the next 3 days. Martin who is a dead ringer for the ultra famous John Belushi ( also from Albania ) made the scenic drive through the tranquil Italian countryside totally enjoyable for us. BEAUTIFUL SCENERY ! In fact what should have been a 2 hour plus drive turned into over 4 hours with our unscheduled diversions. Along the way we stopped at a fashion outlet mall and an electronics store inside a huge shopping mall to buy a few things we needed. LUNCH ! Martin said he would take us to one of his fav restaurants for delicious sandwiches. AND HE DID ! One of the things we were hoping to experience during our Italian vacation was lunch at some place off the tourist map. AND THIS WAS IT ! This restaurant was in the middle of nowhere to us but very familiar to Martin who lived in Florence. There was a huge selection of delicious looking panino ( flatbread ) sandwiches, full wine racks along the walls, a pizza restaurant upstairs ( evenings only ) and a virtual Italian supermarket. We all ordered PANINO SANDWICHES with different fillings. My wife also ordered an ESPRESSO and a slice of CHOCOLATE CAKE. I grabbed a bottle of ITALIAN PALE ALE from a fridge. VERY NICE ! The guy behind the counter opened it and gave me a chilled stem glass as I requested. Our fresh made fully loaded panino sandwiches tasted outstanding....as good as it gets ! My ice cold fruity Pale Ale tasted very refreshing. Meanwhile the restaurant was getting busier by the minute...no doubt a very popular local lunch spot. DESSERT ! My wife totally enjoyed her rich tasting Chocolate Cake slice. Martin and I loved our decadent CHOCOLATE & PISTACHIO CORNETTOS. In fact Martin paid for them. My wife bought half a slab of fresh made panino flatread to take with us....and it still made a delicious sandwich a day or two later. WE TOTALLY LOVED OUR ITALIAN LUNCH !
