Culinaria de Gustibus Bistro In Firenze

A restaurant with good potential, but in my opinion it hasn't yet fully realized its potential. The dishes are beautifully presented and offer interesting flavor combinations, although the final result doesn't always live up to expectations. The service, unfortunately, was inattentive: we were served a different dish than the one we ordered, at one point we found ourselves without cutlery, and the wine was poured automatically without asking who wanted to taste it. The most negative aspect, however, was the air conditioning. With about 37°C outside, the interior was decidedly too hot, and despite our repeated complaints, the situation didn't improve. We spent the entire dinner sweating, an inconvenience that inevitably compromised the overall experience.

The food was excellent and unanimously appreciated by the four of us.

A wonderful discovery! This restaurant is located in a slightly less touristy area than the city center, but it's definitely worth a visit. You won't regret it... The owner and staff are incredibly attentive and generous with their explanations about the dishes. The food is truly excellent; you can immediately taste the homemade quality, and the ingredients are top-notch. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment. You're sure to have a great time. We were a French family of four, and we simply went with the flow and weren't disappointed. I recommend it without hesitation.
