Beautiful rooftop in Florence. We opted for the aperitivo, which was very good but quite basic. Special mention for the delicious polenta! 🤩

I had a reservation for dinner. When I requested to change the time online, somehow it also changed the date. When we arrived there I showed both approved confirmarion. However, they said that we can not help you and you need to wait like others even if it’s not my fault. Edit: We waited about 45min and they said that only bar table is available, tables are full. You can not order dinner here. People who welkomed us were so rude. Luckly chief waiter was so nice and he arranged everything for us. We were so happy about him, but for the rest they were so rude and unavailable to help. If they could help since the beginning, I would give 5 star.

Incredible location, but the service was absolutely catastrophic, disorganized, and inefficient. We had to correct our order twice. It's not at all worth the price. The location is stunning, however, and the view is breathtaking, but if you're on a tight budget, look elsewhere. To the team: your role is to provide great service. The view is a plus. Not the other way around.

We’ve had much more positive experiences at other rooftop bars. It’s a shame, I was excited about visiting this place but after going up in the lift we spent a long time waiting around before we got to order drinks, the first person we spoke to said the bar was closed, the second person took our order but the disappeared for 30 minutes. Someone came and asked for our reservation name but once we gave it, the turned and walked away without a response. An hour later we were invited to sit down at a table on the rooftop terrace which was nice, but trying to order drinks was slow. By the time we’d ordered a second round of drinks we were 2.5 hours in, sober as a judge and needed to go to another reservation.

L'Antico Trippaio

10/06/2026: The lampredotto was so flavourful and tender. The buns were equally as good because they dipped it in the sauce. We enjoyed every bite of it. So much so that we went back twice
09/06/2026: This place has the exact same great taste as Sergio Pollini Lampredotto (the spot Stanley Tucci went to), but it’s a much better setup! It's located right in the middle of the downtown area, offers a lot more food options to choose from, and has plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. Highly recommend switching to this spot if you want great quality with more convenience!
