25/05/2025: My wife and I used to love going here yearly for drinks, atmosphere was a little bohemian, and always great service, great drinks...just a quaint place to go. This year such a different story, warm beer from tap and frig (bottled beer). Espresso martini was HORRIBLE! Barista said it was only her second day working there. Yeah..I'm only there once a year and only want good drinks and cold beer. Managers feel free to contact me, I'll tell where I go instead of your place.

20/05/2025: We went to Battibecco all’Impruneta for a communion and the experience was truly exceptional from every point of view. The location is splendid, surrounded by greenery and perfect for ceremonies and special moments, with an elegant but at the same time welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers typical Tuscan dishes, prepared with care and with the highest quality ingredients. Each course was a little journey into traditional flavors, with some original proposals that we had never tasted before — and that won us over at the first bite! A special thanks goes to the waitress who looked after our table: extremely kind, attentive to every detail, always present but never intrusive. Her impeccable service made lunch even more enjoyable. Highly recommended both for a typical Tuscan dinner and for important events. We will definitely be back!

20/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la Comunione di nostro figlio al Ristorante Il Battibecco ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La struttura è immersa nel verde, circondata da alberi, fiori e ampi spazi all’aperto che regalano una sensazione di pace e armonia. Location elegante e curata, personale gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. Il cibo era eccellente: piatti raffinati, gustosi e presentati con grande cura. I fiori di Diana bellissimi. Tutto è stato perfetto, dall’organizzazione all’atmosfera accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Lisa, per la sua straordinaria disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità. Ci ha seguiti con attenzione e passione fin dal primo contatto e ci ha aiutati a curare tutto l’evento in ogni dettaglio. Ha contribuito in modo fondamentale a rendere questo giorno indimenticabile. 13/06/2025: Quiet place (Palazzo Pitti area). We had a quick lunch with friends based on typical pasta (pici), grilled meat and exceptional wine from local vineyards. We had a great time, the service was impeccable. An experience to repeat😘

And the tiramisu - simply wonderful: delicate, light and at the same time rich in taste. We would like to thank Olga and Valentino separately for the warm and attentive service. We recommend!

From the first contact, the owner was very kind and helpful, agreeing to prepare and deliver a cake for my sister's birthday. Despite the distance, everything was organized perfectly, including the possibility of payment by bank transfer. When my sister received the cake, she was delighted: not only was it beautiful to look at, but also delicious to eat (her words!). An impeccable and professional service, with incredible attention to detail. I recommend this pastry shop to anyone looking for quality, courtesy and a touch of magic for special occasions. The welcome is authentic. The particularity of the decorations of the dishes and the goodness of the food are not forgotten in the following days. 30/05/2025: Amazing chicken liver crostini, wow. Served warm and gorgeous. The pasta unfortunately was super wet (pasta water not drained properly) which made it hard for the ragu to cling too. Felt this was rushed and lacked care. Steak was good and sides delicious. They didn’t have the wine we wanted in which was a shame for a small list. Tiramisu was fine! Lovely service and a gorgeous team who ran the place. I think we just had bad luck with the pasta!

If you’re ever in Florence and looking for the perfect pizza experience, Mister Pizza is the place to be — hands down, the best pizza and service we’ve had in all of Italy. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. The atmosphere was electric, warm, and full of joy, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service and energy of two incredible staff members: Osas and Mustafa. Osas, our server, was an absolute gem — full of life, funny, kind, and incredibly attentive. He made the whole dining experience so much fun, making us laugh, suggesting the best pizzas, and ensuring we had everything we needed. He treated us not just as customers, but as old friends. His vibe alone makes you want to come back again and again. Then there’s Mustafa, the master behind the pizzas — and let me just say, he’s an artist. You can see the passion he puts into every pizza, and the results are mind-blowing. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and every bite makes you want to cry tears of joy. Watching him work the oven is like watching a maestro conduct a symphony. Together, Osas and Mustafa made this more than just dinner — it was an experience. Delicious food, unforgettable service, and an atmosphere full of life. I’ve never had so much fun in a restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough. This place deserves more than 5 stars. If you’re in Florence and don’t go to Mister Pizza, you’re missing out on one of the best culinary moments of your life!
