I happened upon this restaurant by chance with my friends and we were very satisfied. The quality was excellent; we had three delicious first courses. The girl who served us was kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

When in Firenze, gnudi are a must try! Last year I spent half a day wandering in the beautiful Firenze, between my palazzo vecchio exploration and a quick walk to ponte vecchio, I decided to stop at Hosteria (while reading this, keep in mind to strongly exhale on the H sound lol) Ganino to have lunch. Admittedly, at the time my mood was not the greatest, thinking about the past, about someone who used to love the city, wondering if he ever had the chance to try some local food and enjoy that view? Hhhh... something like that? Anyway. The past is in the past, but the delicious gnudi are still a vivid memory of mine, as well as the nice waiter who stopped at my table for a couple of minutes to chat with me. My mood definitely improved after having lunch, and I was able to continue my exploration with a lighter heart~
